My only real taste with the ps1 is this and chocobo racing Klonoa 1 and whatever games were on both ps1 and n64. I’ve never played crash, the original ff7, or croc. I do find it crazy how hated ridge racer and sonic R music was and now how loved they are. Ost are bangers for sure

Its a mistake we all make not being dob enough. Only the dobbiest of dobs get the secrete music. The other 10% get DOB coming to their house and beating them up.

Well if you’re talking about the songs like How do you think. These songs don’t show up in the game at all but yeah date of birth has amazing songs and I wish the songs from the album did appear in the game besides just being slightly sampled.

Yeah I’ll be honest even my knowledge for that is non existent. We recently got access to the actual planet dob music from the game but even getting that put together is a whole shit show

So funny enough the next video about fishing games or games with fishing I’m putting out is covering that. However I won’t go into full detail like I did with dob since I’ll be shouting out another video that did go into more detail on that game and the guy who made that video is the one who told me about the game but yeah the ost is amazing from what I’ve heard but maybe i can do a full review of the game if I really enjoy it. I just know John K did rough sketches for the characters and that’s about all the involvement he had that I know of so won’t feel that weird covering something he’s worked on.

Fragile dreams for the Wii. It’s quite rare now and is usually going for over $100. I got lucky and got it for $30 before it shot up. It’s one of the few games that takes advantage of the Wii speaker for gameplay so it makes emulating this game really annoying without using a official Wii mote

You can technically emulate it if you are able to Bluetooth a wiimote to your PC and have a way to use a censor bar or just use a Wii U if you somehow have one. Yeah more than likely it's an emulator issue. I at least hope. It's again why I wish I could find the music in the games files or have someone upload the real ost. I do own a copy of the game but it's sealed so not trying to open it sadly. It's why I'm trying to get a fat ps3 so I can play ps1 games without relying on emulators as another issue with emulater is the ending cutscene doesn't play properly as well which I talked about in the updated dob video.

@@CQCorruptionQuest That's rough, that would make that segment much more annoying. Something else interesting about it, this segment is based on another Hudson owned game called Buster Bros. Back then, it was a more well known kind of gameplay due to it's presence in arcades and various ripoffs, that's why some of the mechanics like missing item drops are pretty unforgiving. It's based on arcade game design that asked players to plan ahead and strategize while munching quarters, hahaha. I also really want rips of the in-game OST, the soundtrack while exploring for Piece 4 in particular gets stuck in my head.

So I can’t give you a link to the Roms but you need to get a ps1 emulator and there’s a few good choices out there. A ps1 Bios which just search that in google and you should be able to find a bios and then finding the rom for planet dob is just as easy as typing planet dob rom. Hope that helps (also this is considering if you’re wanting to play on a PC or laptop)
