After impeached and removed, that President can be indicted. The Supreme Court did not give the Presidency any more power than it already had. Second, Project 25 is about setting the country back to our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Everyone agrees that DC is broken. It is broken because legislators and corporations are stealing our money, all while unelected beaurocrats make laws and regulations that are destroying small businesses and the middle class. It will lessen the power the Executive branch holds. Part of the process was removing the unelected beaurocrats from making, executing, and judging on the validity of those laws all within the same branch of government. The Supreme Courts ruling on chevron deference just started that process. Our government has become one huge branch that employs more people than any other corporation or government on the planet. Only one person, the President, is elected in that branch….we must go back to separation of powers if we want to get the country back from the “experts” that have been wrong over and over again.
