Can windows file can be decrypted without keys? I mean I encrypted some files by mistake in Windows 7 but I lost the keys and reinstall by OS and see the files not opening.

My laptop got hit with data encryption ransomware a couple of days ago and they wanted me to pay 980$ for the decryption key and software. In the end, had to wipe out all the hard drives(as I had no backups) and reinstall my windows. Although I didn't have any precious files which would've worth 1/10 of the ransom money still it hurts.

Mere phone me bhi hai,app ke rup main hai delete mar ne gaya to screen lock ho jati hai,abhi tak delete nahi hua,ap ka nam(virus cleaner) mere hone se uninstall ke bad bhi data khata hai check kiya to, *kya bata sakte hai aise kyu ho raha hai.
