FINALLY SOMEONE WHO EXPLAINED WHAT THIS WAS IN ENGLISH! So tired of watching all these videos of suits speaking complete corporate or "techies" regurgitating word salad from a Wikipedia definition.

Zoom and Go To Meeting are the only two I have used. Not sure which came first for me. Google Docs was discussed for group events schedule changes, but then came Covid. Thanks for this short tutorial. I'm on such a steep learning curve that I need a ladder.

SaaS: Third party application available over the internet, mostly as a pay-as-you-go model (e.g. Office 365, Gmail, Salesforce) > Advantages: (1) flexibility, (2) scalability, (3) automatic updates, (4) accessability & persistence > Disadvantes: (1) must to rely on outside vendors, (2) less control, (3) service disruptions, (4) unwanted changes, (5) security risks
