Hi, first time viewer. I’m 67 years old, retired now a year. I need renewal and direction. My grandson and wife moved in temporarily and my world seems it’s turned upside down. I didn’t expect it would take me out of my comfort zone. I need to mentally focus on the Lord for strength and renewal during this time. Scripture Writing seems to be the way! Thank you Lord for leading me to this channel. ❤

I never heard of this until the Lord told me to place Psalms 91 in all four corners of our property. He wouldn’t let me get away from it. So I wrote it on four slips of paper and pressed one in each corner. A few months later we had an outbreak of tornadoes in Minnesota. A tornado dropped down in my front yard and it just stayed in one spot and whirled and whirled. It did not move left of right. It was frozen in one spot! A few second later it was sucked back up and left! The grass was left flat in a circle but the tree did not lose any leaves and we didn’t lose a single shingle! 😀. Unfortunately another one fell later that night down the road and took out 350 and fifty homes. 😢. We heard this monster fly over us and did not touch down. 🙏🏻

I am new here I am 84 this month July 14th, I needed something to get me on track with God's word again. I am going to talk to the Lord Jesus and see how he leads me, I have been slowing down which has made me sad because I did so much in the church and other things like Flowers in the yard and cleaning. I used to clean others' homes, lol now I have a cleaning lady for stuff I can't do anymore. I have been. married a wonderful Godly man for 12 years my first husband passed away, and we were married almost 48 years. now I pray I can do this I used to do coloring and loved it. so I have the tools. now for the best tool. I've been writing scripture over a year now. I was challenged by Dr. David Jeremiah to write the book of Romans. So far I've copied 21 books of the New Testament and am currently writing the book of Psalms.

I know this was nothing but the Power of God that led me to click on this video. He knows just when you need what you need!! Thank you for being obedient to the voice of God because this is so helpful to me. God bless

Scripture writing reminds me of my Grammy. When I was a kid, we would go and visit her and she always slipped me a little piece of paper with a scripture verse on it. I will never forget that. Great video!

I prayed this morning for a Godly friend. I didn’t know God was answer me in such a fantastic way. I have subscribed and I’m already a person who memorizes scripture but this takes it to a new level. Thank you so much for this site. ❤

Years ago my husband and I were teachers in a special education class for children and some adults w/educational deficiencies. We’d teach a short lesson and the rest of the time they worked at writing out scripture in their special notebooks. It truly did have an affect on their lives. The four gospels went on to Psalms, etc. These people never advanced to any other class as most children do, and they loved their Sunday mornings. All the vision of a woman who drove a school bus taking these children to schools to learn. It was a highlight of my many teaching years of Sunday school classes. Thank you for this wonderful video. I needed this now to improve my memory of what I read daily.

After being a widow for 2 years, I remarried. Even though he is a kind and sweet man, he isn't the Bible scholar my late husband was. To fill the void of this lack of discussing the word, I turned to doing this!! I didn't know it was a "thing"! I just thought I was coping with my circumstances. This keeps the word fresh in word mind and precious, sweet memories of my late husbands favorite scriptures.

I too am a pastor’s wife. Isn’t it beautiful how God directs us to those things we need? 😊 Some time ago, I made the realization that my precious/favorite copy of God’s word would serve me better if I would no longer consider it a thing of worship, but a beautiful tool to draw me nearer to my Lord. So, I now Bible journal IN MY BIBLE! Wow, that was difficult the first time I took a pen to my spotless pages. And I am SO GLAD I did! Now, my Bible is daily coming alive to me as never before. I bought a new copy of a Bible designed for journaling and it has become my life’s journey. I color in the pages, write down significant things my Savior reveals to me, add important milestones/dates in the lives of my family and myself and the list goes on and on. These two copies of God’s word are so incredibly special to me in words I cannot convey! I am happy to find your channel today and look forward to new friendships in the Lord as we discover together His magnificent love of us. God bless!

When I heard you talk about writing scriptures I became so excited because it's something I already love and do several times a week! Our precious Lord has put in my heart a huge love for His Holy Bible and writing scriptures. So I'm excited to hear what you have to say as you share your thoughts and ideas! I'm 64, disabled, can't drive due to poor vision, been through a heart attack, hit by a car while walking and massive blood clots in my lungs since January! I am so blessed with healing miracles (able to completely take care of myself! Praise the Lord!) and many other blessings from the Lord. I go to church, my neighbor and her husband drive me. I remember finding your channel when you had 2 videos. You have helped me so much. Sometimes just hearing your sweet voice has calmed me. I have depression and anxiety. My youngest daughter has been battling it since she was 6 years old. She’s almost 22. I was doing scripture writing for a long time and got out of the habit. Thank you for reminding me why we should spend time with the scriptures. 😊

Today I was compelled to watch this video and I know now it was the Lord. I enjoyed jotting down scripture verses fir a long time but it newer occured to me how much of a blessing it might be, to nyself and hopefully to others. Thank you for sharing this gift with us.

This is such a great video! There is so much packed in here that I think I need to watch it over and over again. I love how God weaves together His word in our life. Today I was reading a few Messianic psalms and wrote in my Bible how David wasn’t perfect but yet he sought after God wholeheartedly. He humbled himself and wasn’t ashamed to dance and sing before everyone to praise God. Then when you read Deuteronomy Sherry, it reminded me of why David was the man after God’s heart because he knew God’s word because he wrote it and carried it every day and buried it in his heart. I also received an email today from a newsletter talking about Scripture writing and starting with John 1:1!! God is so awesome! I thank you for your obedience and for being an example to those of us who may have been beaten down in the past by negativity and for showing us that we must just keep walking with God and ignore the nay sayers. I experienced this myself and it wasn’t easy. In fact it’s made me gun shy so I appreciate you so much for speaking of it. I have moved states again and I’m in Greenville SC and in need of a church home. I pray that God will direct me to a church of Bible believers and Christ followers. All you said is so true. I also have been writing Scripture and adding in some embellishments. It is all time spent meditating and memorizing God's Holy Word. Not a second is time-wasted, it is God's Word that feeds and waters us. I love it and thank you so much.

Sherry...what a wonderful post today. I must say..We serve an On Time God. I say that because just yesterday ( Sunday) I was asked to partner with a few ladies to do scripture writing! I had asked God to place a new work in my heart. I have felt complacent..stale..in a rut. I felt used up. I even had a hard time staying in the word. Thus, my prayers. When I was asked about partnering in this commitment, I was excited, yet anxious. Then, in my prayers concerning this partnership, I asked Jesus for help and encouragement. Then tonight ( Monday ) at 11:30 pm I saw your post!! Scripture Writing...oh, how good is my God. I listened so closely and replayed it again. What a source of encouragement. Dear Sherry, your page just popped up at the top of my YT page. Giving glory to God for leading me to your channel! I also subscribed and will go watch your other videos. I thank God for you. I am in my late 70’s and have been writing off and on for many years in small books. In 2019, I began writing in a special spiral bound book with about an inch of blank lined pages. Over the years I learned to write in pencil as like you spoke of some pens bleed through. I began in 2019 to write all of what Jesus spoke in Matthew. (Red letters). I only got as far as chapter 18, as I slowed writing and had no accountability. Then stopped. I want to continue writing His Word. I may or may not start doodling / zen tangle is about what I think I can handle in the beginning ( starting over). Thank you for listening to Gods calling in your life to start sharing your life experiences.❤

After listening to you I realized that it was God's will and his plan for me. I can relate to everything you shared. I subscribed and looking forward to being encouraged by your work. God bless you.

That’s amazing. !! He told me to do it ; after a year plus in training for similar calling. Then gave me a dream : told me to share it. So I did. .. .. I use to teach. .. as public school substitute…. Then another. Door opened. I did it.. then. The children’s church needed help. So I went ., more doors opened .,. I did many many years of training n Lear ning …. .. (16 yrs. ) of working w/ children’s church. Then doors opened to work w/ church leaders. … as an intercessor…, I was scared inside.. but being lead by HS. I DID . I prayed. And we saw. God move. Openly in the services in the audience . Many were saved, healed, n moved in the spirit of Gid.! Success…. 😮😮. I love. Jesus. …. I hope you do too. ❤❤❤❤❤❤Love you too.

This talk has blessed me immensely. I'm in my 60's, was raised a PK and have always loved the Lord. I've always carried a very special place in my heart and prayers for Preachers' wives. They carry and bear the heaviness of the mantle in such a way that most people really don't know. I saw my mother on humbled knee throughout my life in prayer for my Father, (the Pastor), members of our church, all 5 of her children, neighbors, school teachers. It was always and endless what she as a pastor's wife did and carried. I just want to say thank you for your devotion, sharing, caring, and inspiring the love of God and His word.

I found you today, July 19th. I had been following the wife of Frank Manchen. She came on every morning for prayer and devotionals. I truly loved her channel. She was a wonderful teacher who had SO MUCH wisdom and knowledge and guidance on how to pray. She was Awesome. She retired her devotional time from U TUBE. I had been searching and Praying to find another Christian channel, woman of God that would be encouraging and helpful in my scripture writing and devotional and prayer 🙏 time. I was going to start doing this, I sent for an art journal, and had been puzzled as it was meant to arrive, but the package was wrecked and that was missing, I was so puzzled . As I listened and watched this, l realized my thinking may have been out of focus. Perhaps too much on Art, watercolour than His word. I have small spiral note books. Perhaps that is why God allowed the loss of my order. I had been eagerly awaiting, now after that disappointment I have to push through and be determined to write and maybe decorate a little. God just caused your video here to pop up on my phone. Exciting! A couple months ago I woke up one day and knew that He wants me to focus on memorizing the Psalms! In memorizing them, ofc I must write them over and over, and keep praying them back to Him and asking Him to help me by writing His Word in my heart. This has blessed me so much & I have been praying for the past week for God to help me love him more so that I might keep His commandments (like in John 14:21) out of love and not legalism. I will probably write a section of scripture a day (I better start small though). I was thinking during Covid that who knows what else is coming. They may take my Bibles but there’s my notebooks. I have watched videos on scripting in the Perfect Planner system. I thought your video said scripting but it said scripture writing. So glad I watched. Suscribed. Please pray for me. I fell in a “hole” 10 years ago. Can’t seem to pull myself out. Horrible back and legs. Miss being a chaplain and grief specialist in hospice. God bless you!

Definite divine appointment with this video today. Supposed to have been writing a book for over 10 years. I have started and stopped a few times all the while doubting myself instead of trusting God to equip me if He has called me. He has given me so much encouragement over the years including to write this book for myself and not worry about what anyone else would think about it. Just found your channel. I've always written scripture in some way or another over the years and I chop and change books or methods of writing. Thankyou for helping me refocus and listen to what the Lord wants me to write.

I am so blessed to have your blog pop up so I checked it out because it said Scripture Writing. I have been copying out my Bible on notebook paper and keeping it in a big "D" ring binder because I thought if they ever confiscate our Bibles I will still have the entire Bible in a group of binders on the shelf that would be missed in any confiscation! The one thing I was sort of missing was the pretty and creative aspect that I felt was missing. I am a fountain pen enthusiast and started writing out my Bible because it is the best idea I could come up with for using all the pens and colors of ink that I own. I have lots of decorative rubberstamps and punches and different coloring mediums that I want to use too but they have been neglected. Now I have a way to incorporate them into the Scripture Writing because of your inspiration and I think it will be so enjoyable and relaxing! I haven't even listened to this video and just had to let you know how excited I am. I do hope by the end of the video you will be able to share what the 4th piece of paper said that you've misplaced. I am so looking forward to following you on this channel. It must have been God who had the blog pop up onto my computer. Thank you for your obedience to follow God's leading even when you didn't understand all the "how to do it" details. I am happy to count you as one of my new sisters in Christ that I have been following online; what Joy and Blessing you've given already!

I started scripture writing in 2020,when our world was under the isolation of Covid,I said to myself I want to become a real student of the Word of God,by writing and trying to as I may to memorize scripture.
