Bataya to h dhyan se sune...hmaari esteem Adam or Hawwa AS se aarai h.. tawakkul or patience key point h Muslims ke andar confidence ka hone ka... Self esteem is the definition of your own selves (simply how you think & value yourselves) Gain knowledge about Deen, rely only on Allah SWT.. it'll boost your self esteem In sha Allah.
