Surprised that a person with your level of knowledge and most importantly who knows how to teach is not teaching at IIMs. Total novice at stock market, browsed through 5 videos of you'rs and have learnt intraday trading. With profit!. Wish I would have come across this earlier. Planning to leave my paid job which is only 1.5L/M as this is 40-50K a day with the spread. HI Madam, I have also attended your technical analysis course and i still have this question: How to draw support - criteria to consider the candles which should be connected ? Max candles (if so, in this example, why was the resistance not drawn 1520? , latest low to be included ? When to draw a slant support and when to draw a straight support or resistance? Even in your Dmart example, had u drawn a straight support that would have broken at 1800 approx. Your reply would be highly appreciated!

Explanation of Support and Resistance has been explained beautifully comparing with bollywood and examination, which everybody can connect. I am a retired banker(DyGM) and has been investing for long time. After retirement, i started intraday . When i watch CNBC, i could not understand when they talk technical terms. i attended a class room but could not understand . Now after watching the present video i can co relate your explanation with what has been told to me in the class room learning at that time. Your earlier videos were excellent and forwarded to my niece, who knew a bit of stock market. One more excellent thing is once your training is over you release the video for free viewing. Short selling is selling the stock first with promise of buying it later , short selling can only be done on intraday basis, when you know that price is gonna fall you place a sell order and when it had fallen to the target price you buy it back to exit the trade , so basically in this way you actually bought it at a lower price and sold it at a higher one which is conventionally the formula for profit.

Actually short selling is not gives you proper opportunity of bearish movement, coz you can't hold your position overnight. Ofcourse some broker provide you STBT ( Sell today buy tomorrow) to hold your short position for one night, but if you short that stocks futures then you can hold it till expiry of that futures. Obviously fno trade is more risky and there is more margin required, but that gives you actual opportunities to generate a handsome return on bearish movement. But you should have very well knowledge about movement of that stock, required margins and risk before you jump on fno segment.

support and resistance, being part of technical analysis, gives a higher probability that prices will react a certain way not 100% certainty. so even though support and resistance do work, we dont want to trade all our capital because there's still a chance that it might not take place
