Reservoir Dogs will always be the best heist in the game for me because unlike all other heists in the game, you're not some badass bank robbers going on a power trip while stealing millions of dollars, here you are fighting for your life after being set up and barely escaping alive and having Bain be captured at the end will always remain as a special moment in Payday history because for the first time ever, I was genuinely worried about the future of our characters and what would happen next in the story.

black cat is extremely underrated, its really fun and beautiful heist. loud is really engaging and stealth is not that hard.

I mean golden grin vs big bank was pretty obvious to me - mostly cause of stealth - big bank's stealth experience is not ideal to say the least (getting that dammed computer in the offices upstairs). As well as the level of preplaning - yes in big bank you can choose 4 ways of escaping and 2 major ways of entering vault on loud. But something with the amount of what i can do with favours to change entry to casino and what the bfd has is just better in my opinion, great video btw

As much of a classic Firestarter is. Hoxton Breakout should have been the one in 4th. But hey, at least it and Heat Street managed to come pretty far.

Ever since Reservoir Dogs was added, no heist has ever come close. It came out pretty late too in comparison to some other BANGERS like Transport: Downtown, inspired by another fav movie of mine, Stealing Xmas, Firestarter, Shadow Raid, Big Oil, Election Day, (plan C) The Big Fkin Bank, Hotline Miami, my fav game of all time, (2) Golden Grin Casino, not for regular play cos it's exhausting but still great, The Bomb Dockyard, Scarface Mansion, Boiling Point, Beneath The Mountain, not to mention every classic heist (except Heat Street) or even Alaskan Deal for me before it. The story and gameplay peaked with Reservoir Dogs and it never felt better to be a fan of this franchise again at that time, we were so back. After the White House i stopped playing and now i'm onto greater adventures, will buy Payday 3 eventually because despite all of it's flaws and 4 major backwards steps, we have 1 big one moving forward, the game engine lol

Well the problem with this bracket system is that some heists just lose in particular matchups so we dont really have a best of all winner here. A vote between all heists at once would have been more accurate

Idk how firestarter got so far, i think nostalgia alone carried it. It's extremely basic and uninteresting other than the first day, which can be fun on easier difficulties.

If golden grin was swapped for birth of sky and hotline miami was second, I wouldve been perfect.

I remember the day Hotline Miami got released I joined a random lobby and met a guy named Brad. We played the heist so many times and it was amazing. He actually gifted me the dlc as well. Sadly I lost contact with him but I will always remember the times spent on this heist with him. The atmosphere, the cool melee weapons and masks and of course the awesome uzi and scorpion were fantastic. However the songs were just brilliant I still listen to them sometimes. The good old times...

The Scarface heist has always been memorable for me Mainly because of the song and epic map I Unfortunately I can’t play as Scarface, I got the game when that character got removed

Buluc's is *VERY* underrated and while stealth on it can be a nightmare because of the high population, narrow halls, and many corners it probably has the best thematic and objective design as well as interesting/funny dialogue.

My personal favorite heist is Ukrainian job since it’s super easy to stealth even on death sentence and super simple on loud. It’s not like a heist like car shop where you find the storage room, get the keycard, get in the manager’s office, find the new guy’s computer, plant the C4, get the keys, and drive away in the car. Ukrainian job is just a run to the backroom, drill the safes, get out.
