I used Siberian Larch cladding on several recent projects and have specified it on two upcoming ones, the only problem is that Siberia is in Russia and due to sanctions, Siberian Larch is no longer available. I met with Russwood, a supplier of high-quality timber cladding, to look at alternatives to Siberian Larch cladding. These included Scottish Larch and Thermopine cladding, as well as looking at various finishes and weathering effects on timber cladding.
