Many years ago when entity stacking was relatively new, a friend of mine tried to summon a villager riding a horse. They got the structure backward, and instead summoned a horse riding a villager. Attempting to load the chunk where this reversed cavalry roamed would instantly crash the game. Eventually we made a fenced off exclusion zone around the area which would load it. I guess we sort of invented a cryptid too horrible to be known? Regardless, the point is there may be some additional power in simple entity corruptions rather than spamming complex ones.

On Modrinth, you can sort the Shaders by performance Impact. When you do this, the first 4 Shaders that show up are Rethinking Voxels, Bliss, Noble, and Ark.

You can spawn a load of elder guardian particles for one player only if you want to crash one person specifically. Feel free to use this because it's apparently working as intended, so Mojang won't fix it. Also, if you let the crash fully play out (takes around a minute to 5 minutes), the game will say it ran out of memory.

There's a filter called "Performance Impact" to see which shaders are the most laggy.

There is no way a PC with those specs cost $5000, those specs would be more closer to $1.8k total for a full build if anything, that's literally a robbery.

Minecraft for Xbox 360 got custom superflats right before being dropped, so I can confirm that a thick TNT world on that version actually forms meandering caves instead of exploding everything. I'm guessing there's a hard cap on lit TNT entities? That version has a fairly low hard cap on other entity types. I remember the explosions being limited enough for the console to keep pushing frames, though I don't remember if it was 20 or 2 FPS.

Mysticat, how did this pc cost you 5000 dollars. I looked at your specs from the task manager and the f3 menu and couldn't figure out how a 2070 and an R9 5950x plus 32 gigs of ram could cost anywhere near that much. Even guesstimating on any parts we didn't get to see, that would be insane.

There was this one time where I was playing on a relatively meh computer with pretty basic shaders. It started to lag a little, so I turned the shaders off. And then the game was loading to remove the shaders. And then it was loading… and then it was still loading. All the while my computer was getting louder, and louder, and still louder. Eventually, after a long time of waiting, finally… My entire house lost power And then as soon as it was done and my computer stopped screaming, it turned back on

I actually recently figured out the answer to this very question not to long ago while working on a mod I’ve been making, all you have to do is make a “while” statement and forget to modify the value of the variable it’s working off of so it just keeps looping on and on and on forever spawning particles on the exact same in-game tick forever… or more likely until the game runs out of local memory and crashes spectacularly!!! XP lol IDK, just thought it was pretty funny when I eventually figured out what was wrong, so I thought I’d share! :p hehe

My go to crash is `/execute as @e as @e run summon shulker`. It only takes about 5-10 executions to destroy any world, so I typically use a repeating command block.
