We mostly eliminated death by starvation. Our homeless are overweight. I have more option to feed myself than ALL my ancestor combined. The last famine was before my great grand father was born. I think we're doing ok.

@@BF-I-II-V-V-III-VII our homeless are not overweight, many homeless people are also drug dependent which further thins them. many poor people, however, are fat. this is incentivized by fastfood being cheaper for short term but being way expensive on the long run compared to making the food yourself and buying groceries in bulk. ^speaking as a resident of usa

Got married at 18 as well. He was in the military making about 45k in a high cost of living state. Now we’re 30 with 3 kids in a more affordable state, and he makes less but he doesn’t have to go away anymore. Worth it to our entire family to have him around ❤️

I was very focused on courtship and marriage from a young age because I wanted to be a homemaker and homeschool our kids. Thankfully, my husband was mature enough to want those things and seek a life partner that aligned with his plan as well. I’m not saying it’s easy. I believe we are still together only with God’s grace, and stubbornness on the part of my husband and myself.
