Even worse. 0.43% any race. These 6 foot delusionals have no idea what odds they are trying to play. I bet that's why "tall enough" can get away with saying 6 foot as long as it plays into the delusion

Hate to be that guy, but 5.6% is just the chance if you pick up a random guy on the street. If you put that requirement in a dating software instead, you are 100% guaranteed to find 100+ men just like that in your city in less than a second. The problem is they are showing 1000 girls the same 100 guys so they all think they have a chance. And the other 900 guys never get shown.

Girls at work discussing their dating lives. One went on a tinder date with a guy and told us all about it the next day. For context, she's Asian, mid-30s, very tall for Asian, 2 kids, pretty flat chested and wears thick layers of not-Asian-suited make up and thick lashes. She wore contact lenses, stilettos and padded her bra for the date. Per her assessment he had no chance, his eyes weren't the right shade of blue, he wore glasses, and drove a hybrid car and had a cat. His penis was small so she made sure to pass her phone around so they could all gawk and have a nice giggle - one said that's OK, the rest were disgusted. So yea she was ghosting him because EWWW I deserve better than that!! So like 4 girls yacking about how the guys on Tinder are too short, too small, too little hair, don't like the right movies, too egotistical, too little self esteem etc Later in the day the guy messaged to point out she wore massive stilettos, padded her bra and that she made him feel like garbage. Omg those girls went absolutely ape shit! All of a sudden us men were part of the conversation. Why do you ask have such unrealistic standards and how dare you have preferences in who you date. Apparently an age bracket and whether she has kids are despicable misogynistic preferences. Before she left for the day she made sure to top up on her make up.

More women think like you in the west than don't. Although a lot of men have been brainwashed to believe the majority of women in the west are looking for men who are high earners. I can guarantee a woman who is wife material doesn't care about those things. As you said, she wants to know is the man loyal, disciplined, hard-working, honest, and responsible. Women who are wives focus on character first and foremost. The other things are bonuses to them.

Conservative woman here who found that at 18 (married by 24, spousal salary 6-figures by 30)… 20 years later more in love than ever. My more liberal friends said I got married too young and I would regret not focusing on my career and the opportunities to “live”, “be independent” and “be a woman” (whatever that means). The friends who said that are still single and not as financially secure as we are. The attack on marriage starts young-with false ideals of what “womanhood”, “manhood” and “success” should look like to 20 year olds. Not sure why society is opposed to growing and building a life together-it was shoved down my throat how wrong I was to get married and start a family before my career “took off”.

I was a female without such tight standards, truly just wanted a decent man who liked being around me and I liked being around him and be able to solve problems when they inevitably arise. We both didn't make much when we met (combined maybe 50k) but we always found ways to have fun without spending a dime. We quit our jobs and went to grad school, became broke but helped each other follow our dreams. Now he makes over 100k and I could work a lot less if I wanted (but I don't). Find someone you can grow with and who would stick with you through thick and thin and life will be good to you both. Be somebody someone would want to have in their life.

couldn’t agree more. currently college age, on the look out for a man who’s a good friend with solid Christian values, not much else. if we can’t otherwise call ourselves reliable friends who help each other grow in our life and relationship with Christ, then we can’t call each other husband and wife. in my first week i met a guy (call him Joe) who’s a really great friend now with lots in common apart from this: he’s too in line with the government and the v@xxes etc, *and he (currently) has stopped going to church*; building a family together would not work, but i learned these things: 1. to have my heart fixed on Jesus, not on Joe. 2. nobody knows God’s plan, but he has something else down the road for a reason. 3. in short, if a guy doesn’t even treat me as a friend like Joe, he’s not the right guy.

A 5.6% match rate translates to 1 in 18 men, while a 12.91% rate (which is what I got) is about 1 in 8 women. These percentages simply indicate the number of people who fit your criteria in comparison to the entire population, not the likelihood of you actually finding a compatible partner. Your success in finding a match depends on various factors like effort, attractiveness, and personality. So, someone who seems to have a perfect match rate might still struggle if they don't actively seek a partner or have unappealing traits. Conversely, someone with a lower match rate could have a great chance if they are highly attractive and successful.

You're also not taking into account the trajectory of what's happening. Around half of women over 40 will be single and childless by 2030. The pool of women and their increased pickiness of what they find desirable in a mate is reflecting in the studies and statistics. The days of women having 6 kids per household with a husband, a white picket fence, married decades and choosing a guy of average means to marry (like the GI generation of the 50s) is a thing of the past. Even getting a woman to have 1 kid and to get married before age 35 is a challenge today.

Honestly, I am hella proud of how much weight I lost this year. Yes I will brag or mention it, just because it was a huge struggle. Decided to start lowering my antidepressants, that was hard, then trying to eat less and eat the right things and take the time to actually cook and go grocery shopping. Then it was the arm workouts and the long walks I took. I wish my grandmother was still alive to see how much progress I made. I might still be 20 lbs heavier than when I was 25, but at least I feel good about myself for once in a very long time. I don’t even care if men call me ugly now, i know I am making progress and there’s just something so magical about feeling proud about yourself for the work you achieved on your own, without any support from others and having people berate you at your lowest point. It’s almost like a fuck you, I can do what I want and you’re not gonna call me names anymore due to appearance.
