The sad part is that in all these years...The format remains the same, including the "To (address)". It should have been obvious by now that those fuckers at the municipality don't give a damn about your letters or your concerns, hence you expect that the question should have been renewed to "Write a letter to Modiji about....". I mean, c'mon! With all the "Mann Ki Baat" n all today, you do expect the questions to change at least a little bit with the contemporary settings...
