I play over fifty-years Guitar . I have buy all Jazz learning Books and see many Tutorials ,but this was the best Info Tipp,i knew it,but now i do this as the best Way to Play Melodic Lines, thank you.......

The cool thing is that you can play any note in any order in the scale you are playing and make it work with any of the chords in that scale.

How come for the b half diminished at 1:52 you're not playing the flatted 5th? Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm new to learning notes and what not
