I love this mans complete respect for life. He only kept one fish, for his dinner and the quails dinner. He buried the eggs with a heart coffin and flowers. I absolutely love him. ❤️👍🏼

Remarkable how these quail instinctively knew how to do everything, exploring, feeding, etc without the guidance of a parent bird. Most 'wild' birds learn through the example of a parent bird. Yet, their 'flies' were very successful at catching fish. But quails don't eat fish, I thought. But well done surrogate parent, your brood did you proud!😇

small chickens, hens, turkeys, ducks and up, you need to keep 40 degrees warm for up to 2 months, and you let them out on cold asphalt on the 2nd day, so many of your chickens get supercooled and die ..also, you can’t rub a newspaper under us, because graphene block letters are poisonous, chickens die from them,under the legs you need to spread small sawdust or finely crushed corn ..

These are king quail, also called Chinese painted quail and couple other names. But button quail is common misname for these guys. Button quail are their own species which are sea shore birds. Not a true quail actually. The 'general' quail eggs you showed were Japanese quail. Which are often misnamed coturnix. Coturnix translates to quail. Great video either way, who doesn't love seeing chicks! I've been breeding various quail for years and I still get super excited every time.

I have never seen anyone incubate with a water balloon, what a clever idea! I've seen it all now... Alwyn from A Chick Called Albert incubated and hatched an egg by wearing it on his belly in a custom made pouch... and now balloon incubator! Crazy stuff.

I love quails but my in my experience, although they look so cute and precious they're very fragile and harder to care for than chicks because they can escape from my sight in seconds. I've owned Courtnix Quails and possibly another breed(it's been a while so I can't remember), and their eggs are really good(obviously unfertile eggs) :D

They probably also died. Sometimes baby birds get too worn out from hatching and don't make it past the first day. Or the temperature change shocks them and they die. He probably didn't want to show a graphic burial of them since their bodies wouldn't be hidden in the eggs like the other two.

Can your please do more baby duck eggs as quail eggs in your vidoes? It’s so cute when the ducks all follow you and the baby quails are in your hands! ☺️

Those have to be the cuteist bird chicks i've seen in ages! What a strange feeling it must be having that tiny life running up and jumping into your hands, so tiny and delicate you could crush all 3 in the slightest accidental twitch closing your hand. I don't know if I could handle it, even though it looks almost easy to incubate and hand-rear such tiny cute things. Not to mention that I know my dog would make a snack of any and all quail chicks that manage to hatch. The egg funeral though.....just a bit over the top, Imaginative Guy. ;-)
