I lived the same day twice. I was very young at the time and didn’t know what was going on. It was basically a day-long deja vu. I was able to know what would happen next and all that. It was completely overwhelming

once I was in the car with my dad and he was like "listen to this song that I just bought" and I was like "ok" so we listened to it. fast forward a week or two later he says the exact same thing, and then plays the exact same song and I assumed he was just joking around, so I was like "haha very funny, you played this already" and he was like "no?" me: "yes you did, like last week or something?" dad: "this song came out like two days ago, no" and so I looked it up and sure enough, he was right. I knew exactly how the song went though and hummed along to the rest of it and he just thought I was crazy. wild shit man.

When I was a kid, I always had dreams about a yellow dog with silvery stars on the bottom of it's paws. When I was 6 or 7, I had to get a surgery. When j woke up, my parents gave me a yellow plush dog with silver stars on the foot. I had never told them about the dog dreams, and to say the least, I was completely confused.

So here's my weird as heck story, I've been writing a fantasy book recently, decided to base one of my characters after my cousin because why not. I wasn't super far along in the book, maybe the second or third chapter at the time, but had a LONG list of notes on what would happen to each character throughout the book. Fast forward a few weeks, my cousin and I are sleeping outside in the tent because there isn't much room at the house (I was staying at my uncle's house and there were others there too, it's a small house though), and in the morning we're talking about the dreams we had. I don't remember what mine was but hers was the one that creeped me out. She mentioned things like all her friends bonding with specific dragons but not her, waking up in a golden cage in a dark room, described other weird scenarios. All of those things were things I had planned for my character "Sophie Woods", the character I had based off of her.

I had a glitch happen once. I was sitting ay my grandma's house listening to the radio. I hear a song come on. I cant remember what song. But its a catchy pop song. I start singing along. Then when the song ends. The dj says "that was the debut of...(said song)" i stopped and i freaked out. I knew all the lyrics to the song. Now to explain why it was weird. My grandma didnt have internet. So the radio was my only source for music. It was so creepy. It happens alot with movie trailers too.

Here’s mine- I was in school in the middle of summer, The ac was blasting cool air at the table was sitting at and we were doing math. Then I got the worst chills down my spine I’ve ever felt. I decided to sit up straight and get used to it so I could do my work. So I sat up straight and then when I wrote one question I sort of zoned out and when I came back it had been 15 minutes and all the questions were answered. Correctly.

The story at 2:18 is the creepiest one in my opinion. Most of the others seem quite weird and coincidental, but the fact that the answering machine captured a conversation that guy had with a girl he doesn’t even know is beyond any reasonable explanation. [Edit 1] The one at 4:12 is also kind of creepy, but it is plausible (albeit highly unlikely) that the monkey could have ended up there. [Edit 2] Also, the one at 9:58 is both funny and creepy. The sheer coincidence is what makes it funny, the fact it was the last time he saw that guy was kinda creepy.

When I was a kid there was this girl I had met in my dreams. She never told me her name but she always knew who I was and that we were connected somehow. She had dark hair and wore a red pea coat. In my dream she ended up kicking an engine block down off a stump and bruising my nose and we laughed and moved on from the river area we were at. I never knew her name or what her face really looked like, but the dreams were vivid and later I could see the dream filed away into a folder amongst many other folders of dreams. I called her the lady in red when I got into my teens years. Last year I had a dream where I was walking up to this porch and there she was sitting on the top step around the same age as I am now. Dark hair, tank top, red pea coat by her side, and she smiled at me and said, "Hey you, it's been a while. How have you been?" We talked about how much life has changed since we first met, we hugged...and then I woke up. My sleeping hasn't been the same since and I don't dream as often as I used to. I hope one day this all makes sense and I finally find out what it means.

one time, when i was about 8, the night before school started again. I had a dream about someone joining my class. She was shorter than me, had blonde hair and her name was katie. She had a pink backpack with a yellow sunflower on it with a smiley face. Next day comes around, and I shit you not it's the same girl, backpack and all. I had no prior knowledge of a new girl joining. it still freaks me out now

I've had a bunch of stand-alone moments, mostly from when I was younger that I'm only really realizing now. The biggest one I can recall is a dream I had about Michael Jackson dying and becoming a zombie, who was shuffling around downstairs in the kitchen. Woke up and my parents were watching a tribute to Michael Jackson to honor the anniversary of his death. Another moment was when I was 7, I had read a quote that said "math is the language of the universe". It really stuck with me for some reason. When I woke up the next morning I was still half-asleep and the quote popped into my head. As I got up to get dressed I suddenly started thinking in equations, like a real-life galaxy brain moment. It was like my thoughts were originating as equations which were then calculated and solved to be translated into coherent thoughts. I could suddenly also understand all languages, even dead ones like Latin. This presented a problem to me because when my parents called for me to come downstairs I didn't know which language I was supposed to respond in. Was about to yell "But I forgot how to speak Chinese!" in french before remembering that I spoke english. (I'm sorry this is getting really long) When I was 7-9 years old I would have this recurring dream where I was transported to a playground (it was the exact same playground every time). I would use one of the features on the play structure and be sucked into another world, in which I'd have to complete a quest before being allowed to return to the playground and leaving. I must have had at least 20 dreams about that playground. I've also had smaller moments once I got a phone and had free access to the internet, where I'd see something then realize "Holy shit I had a dream about that!" One instance was where I read a webtoon update. I read the comic, laughed at it, and then sat back before realizing that I had a dream about me sitting on my bed as I was, reading the comic. Other instances are when I look at some submissions on the tumblr "one-time-i-dreamt" and remember having the same dream that someone else submitted.

I wish the glitch, turned me into a person that never suffered from addiction, and I finally got to meet my soul mate. Then again ..I live in this shitty dimension.

So as I head to my class, I say hi to a friend of mine who's leaving to head to the other side of the school. Suddenly realized I accidentally left an assignment on that side of the school, during my first class; I run as fast as I can there, grab my paper, and as I'm heading back I pass that same girl as she just entered the building. I could not even describe how mind blown she looked, seeing me seemingly teleport from one place to the other...

When I was a teenager, my brother and I stayed home while mom worked. He used to always blast his music super loud. This one time I woke up startled from his music but it was a few seconds before it played. I always thought that was so weird

I had a dream when I was 8 years old where I was sitting in my room playing with my doll. It was nighttime and I knew everybody was asleep but me. Suddenly, I heard my bedroom door slowly creak open and immediately knew somebody was behind me. I tried to pretend I didn't notice and played with my doll louder. When I was a Sophomore in high school, I had a dream that I was back at my old house which I haven't seen since I moved in 6th grade. I was standing in the middle of the living room and it was exactly the way I remembered it. The lights in the house were off but my eyes adjusted enough for me to see a little bit. There was a thin strip of light coming from a slightly open door. I followed it and opened it, and saw my 8 year old self playing with the doll I no longer owned. I just stood there with my eyes wide as I heard my younger self get louder and louder while playing with the doll. I didn't make the connection right away, but when I did, my heart stopped for a second.

Hippie culture was still floating around in the very early 80's. I'm going to say it was somewhere around 1984-85, with me being around 4yrs old, when I think, "you know, I haven't seen any hippies in a while". I barely finish the thought when a late teens/early 20's girl walks around the corner in full hippie regalia. Looks like she tripped out of 1969. I legit could not take my eyes off her, and I'm an aspie who never looked at people back then. Years later I found out she was my biological mother. I'd just been officially adopted at that point and she'd taken a random walk around my neighborhood to look for me. She hadn't realized at the time who I was. Another time, about two years previously, I step out of the car into a parking lot of a music hall in NJ and think "my mother was here". Laughed at myself because I hadn't known I was adopted, so the thought made no sense. She was not only there, I was most likely conceived there.

One time me and my 2 buddies were in the woods and one of them (we will call him Joey) says “ he guys I have to use the bathroom I’ll be right back” and my other friend (let’s call him tucker) didn’t even acknowledge him. Fast forward 1-2 minutes and he says “ where’s Joey?” And I said “ he went to use the bathroom a second ago” and he was confused because he never heard him. We started looking for him and I saw me stare at me, weird but I said “ oh hey joey I thought you went a couple trees over” and he didn’t do anything and walked behind a pretty thin tree and he wasn’t visible anymore. After talking to the tree saying Joey we went up to it and he was gone. And we didn’t hear any leaves move at all. We sprinted down the further into the woods and I followed tucker and he seemed to know exactly where he was and sure enough Joey was behind a tree. The weird part is Joey said he saw us do the same thing and he was yelling our names and didn’t hear us at all. We didn’t hear him either. My eyes teared up just typing this I was so scared that day. (It was about 3-5 months ago)

Ive had a ton of these but here are the weirdest ones: Sometime a couple years back I walked out onto my front porch and it felt like I was dreaming. I dont know how to explain it but, I distinctly remember telling my dad "it feels like we're in another dimension." He said it was weird too and walked out further into the street. As I was still on the porch I saw a woman standing right outside of our gate and wondered what she was doing there. But whatever, we have a corner house and sometimes people stand there to make calls. Anyways my dad calls me over from the street and says that the clouds look weird and for me to look. I walked out to the street, which only took about 5 seconds, then turned back to look at the house. The woman was gone. Completely gone. I was weirded out and looked up and down the street. There was nowhere she possibly could have gone. I asked my dad "Hey did you see where that lady went?" and he said, "What lady?" Somehow, I think that I really did catch a glimpse of a parallel world that day. Another time, I was probably 12 or so, sitting in my back yard when time suddenly stopped. I dont know how else to desceibe it. It was only for a half a second, but very noticeable and creepy. It went dead silent, the breeze stopped. I had been watching some birds flying and they just stopped in the air. No one else in the house experienced it. A few years later I brought it up to a friend and she tells me that within the same time frame, her and her family experienced the exact same thing. They were in a car when suddenly everything froze for a split second and they all had a thin layer of dust on them as if some time had passed. It was creepy. Oh, and one of my ongoing glitches happens at least 3 times a year. Sometimes I will have a weird dream, where I'm someone else, somewhere Ive never been to, talking to people Ive never met. Theres always a specific plot going on. Sometimes I only see a few seconds, other times it's a full 2-3 minutes. Then, within a few days, I'll happen to be watching a TV show or cartoon or whatever, where that EXACT SAME THING happens. It's extrenely creepy and I have no idea what it means. EDIT: decided to mention one from my mom's childhood. This was about 45 years ago in guatemala. She was hunting with my grandpa when she says it felt like the whole world just did a full 360. Grandpa felt it too. It could have been an earthquake but she said it distinctly felt like they flipped upside down then right side up again.

Sometimes I feel like I have some kind of lapse in memory because I swear I can remember having a dream about an exact moment and can recall know the details of that exact moment

This just reminded me of a story back when I was a kid. I was in the car with my mom one time and we were driving down this neighborhood, there were people outside like on their porches and stuff but the odd thing was that...no one was moving? Like it looked like they were just statues and it wasn't just one person.. it was several people, they all just had blank stares and were unmoving like time had stopped for a moment. I remember asking my mom why did everyone look like a statue but I don't think she noticed them. I didn't think anything if it back then much but thinking at it now it was a bit of a weird, creepy experience.

When i was younger around 11 or 12 i kept having dreams about my day and then when i'd wake up, i'd live that day i had in my dream. I never told anyone but when i started realising it, i always tried to do something different that i didnt do in the dream i had but almost everything was so familiar and deja vu-ish

I feel like telling my stories this time: One time as a kid I had the same exact dream as my friend where we were in a boat race in the Titanic. He was the one driving and I was watching. I told him that I had a strange dream about the Titanic and so did he. Turns out he was the commander there and described everithing and it was the way my dream was. One time before going to sleep (at my mother's house) I was lying on the bed when I suddently heard some heavy footstep going from the kitchen to the living room. That time I for some reason thought that it was my Grandad (he died in 2007 out of lounge cancer and painkillers abuse and also that day he said he was sure to die that night so he didn't ate the icecream) even though I don't remember anything about him but I was sure. I told my mother and she looked at me with a scared expression. My mom is sure that one evening he spotted an U.F.O. in the skies near her house. Unfortunately I wasn't there but there was another person with her. There where lights like a plane in the sky, not moving and then suddenly it wanished at an allarming speed. My aunt saw my dead grandmother looking at her for 3 seconds (while she was cooking) and when she rubbed her eyes she disappeared. I once had an hallucination and saw Slenderman (tho I am secure that it was an illusion cause it was 20% transparent) One time I was in my bed when suddently I felt as if I was in a dream (but seconds before I was awake) and suddenly the black corner of my room turned slowly red and demonic with a black shadow in front. The contrast with the blue of the balcony with the open door and the red was astonishing. Then the shadow jumped on me and I got standing up and everything was normal again. You may belive me or not. I am a 14 y/o italian boy. I love leanguages and musical instruments. I sometimes get paranoid when it's dark because my eyes see shadows and other stuff moving that I usually ignore. Last night I got freaked out and started talking to the shadows. I sometimes have panic attacks and I belive that my head isn't alright. But I definately saw all the things listed above.

I went to see my brother (we dont live together) and was telling him about a dream that I had a couple of days ago. His grandma looked at me and got really pale. My grandma was like "are you okay?" i had an experience of this caliber once. it was 3:55, i was 8. i mustve done something cause i was sent up to my room. i was sitting on my bed, staring at the clock, then suddenly, it's 7:32. i go to the living room, and my parents are panicking. "Where is he? Where did he go?" they were saying. i ask them what they are so worried about, and they start freaking out even more. turns out i had disappeared 3:55 through 7:32. still no idea what could have happened.

I was 15 years old. I was in the Boy Scouts in my school so later on we got the chance to visit some hilly region with waterfalls and stuff and learn some 'techniques' I guess..So me and about 20 other boys all slept in a kind of abandoned classroom(it's near a well known place so no ghost creepy shit here). So basically I had an iPhone 5s at that time and I bought my charger with me. I wanted to charge my phone and then I realized that the plug was a different one. So I searched my bag for an adapter(which I packed) but couldn't find it. It was raining outside too. After a long time I just gave up and slept. Then I had a dream where I was standing just outside the classroom. There was no rain and it was daytime. I walk a few steps towards the door and near the door there is a bush. I just kneel and look at the bush and find my adapter lying there. That was the dream. I woke up the next day and remembered the dream vividly. So I immeidately came out and saw that it had stopped raining and it was daytime. Just like in my dream. Then I went to the bush near the door. Found the adapter there. Just like in my dream. Still thinking about it.

I had put a story I had on another one of these bids, but I also remember another one as I had just pushed 'send': I was 14 years old at the time, and I had woken up around 3:49. I had gotten out of bed to go pee, but when I was almost done, I had seen someone walk into the door and freeze out of the corner of my eye. I look over and see myself, a little older, taller, and with a mustache. He was wearing the same clothes I did: a Deadpool T-shirt and plaid pajama pants, but both looked a bit faded. We both stare at each other for a good solid minute and he makes a break for it. Pulling up my pants, I run after him. Something to mention: there was a box with random cards I forgot to put away in the middle of the floor. I hear him trip over it a split second before I look around the door, and he was gone, but the box was tipped, cards spilled out around it. A few minutes later, my brother comes from his room and looked at me with the what-the-fuck-are-you-doing look, and all I could do was go past him, get in bed, and fall straight asleep. Two years later, I was 16 and woke up suddenly with the urge to pee. Keep in mind, we had moved into a different house. I go up and went across the hall, and see that the light was on. Curious, I went to it and walked in. There, I saw my 14-year-old self finishing up, staring at me. After a minute of silence, I had this great idea to run. I dashed and instantly trip over the same box that was in my way, but instead of crashing to the floor, I open my eyes to see light shining in the from my window. To this day I still have no fucking idea why the fuck god decided it would be funny to have me walk in on myself while I pissed, and will ask him about it when I die.

12:16 i had a similiar experience a couple a years ago when i was like 11 or 10 i was awake, eyes opened but i felt like was sleeping but i knew i wasnt because i was playing with some marbles by my side( i was afraid i would loose them if i left left them somewhere else) I then blinked ONCE and the marble was gone but i knew it couldnt have been because i had been playing with it literally a second ago so i felt around with my hand still not getting up tho. I got up and never found it and it was a marble called "wolf" since it was grey all around with yellow and white and it was what me and my friends called a special one since it was slightly bigger than the normal sized one and we considered it "rare" so i was bummed out........fast foward the same day i was put playing and my friend *A* came out with a bunch of marbles in hand and the one he chose to play with was THE MARBLE I HAD LOST........sadly i wasnt able to win it but i did win some others so i wasnt all to happy.........leter on a few weeks later me and *A* got in a big argument so i decided to steal "the wolf" i had lost and some others......still dont feel bad about it

Soooo just randomly sharing my story. I'm someone who often experiences deja vu and gets creeped the hell out when the dream I just had end up happening within a week of having it. So there was this one time when I had this conversation in my dream, I was talking to this really handsome dude about something weird, something you wouldn't even think abt in a normal conversation. It felt so bizarre when I woke up lol thinking that it might be one of "those" dreams. Oh one more thing, unlike other ppl I actually remember most of my dreams and I just mentally reminded myself to remember the conversation (lol who doesn't want to talk with handsome guys) A year or so passes and I was watching this random drama (I've already forgotten abt the whole conversation thingy) I found online when the leads talked abt some random thing that made me laugh. I found it a bit weird...maybe I'm just stupid lels Thinking that I may have missed something I repeated the scene and re-read the subtitles (it was a foreign language) then it hit me... IT WAS THE SAME CONVERSATION. From start to finish, how they expressed it, even my weird ass laugh was there!! So the weird thing was, from what I recall... the pov of the dream that I had was from where the female lead would be, but the drama itself didn't even film it that way, it was filmed from 3rd pov where you can see the 2 characters. Out of curiosity I check the date when the drama was released, it was released quite recently, just during this month or maybe a bit earlier...so I basically predicted a drama scene, the male lead, the set, the dialogue and everything wayyyyy before it was even created lol

Every 2 or 3 months I have a vivid dream that lasts about half a minute. And at some point it will replay in real life, it's quite odd. Everytime it does I get this cold deja vu chill down my spine

Alright so I got a story of my own, don't know if it can qualify for this but it makes me remember a certain dream I had which was creepy because the day went like it. So it was around 7th grade and I was having a rough night, felt really shitty and overall feverish. But I knew I had to wake up and go to school the next day regardless because I already used up so many sick days. I went to sleep probably at an ungodly late time in the night (knowing myself? Probably 2ish in the night/morning) Anywho I had the most vivid dream I ever had (apart from my nightmares of a dark forest and long road when I had them as a child) But it wasn't really a weird dream or anything ya know? It was just a high vivid detail dream of a school day. I woke up late af cause my alarm for some reason didn't wake me up and had only like 5 minutes before the bus came and had to rush to get dressed and grab my backpack and get out the door. And I'm my rush I was clumsy and tripped on the very last stair, overall I was fine just scraped my hand and then went to school. School day went normal except for p.e that day we were gonna do dodgeball. Then after lunchtime, sickness musta caught up with me. I remember in it it skipped basically to me suddenly throwing up in the school bathroom and then having to call home regardless of my attempt to get through the school day. And my parents came and took me back home. The rest of the day only 2 out of the ordinary things happened. Both becoming worse events. 1st odd event- round 5ish I have to do chores so I went out in the kitchen and started to put away dishes, yet being clumsy I dropped a plate. It broke. 2nd scary event- at the ending of my dream my parents got in a fight over finances and then went out to the store, but got in a car crash and died. This is the point I woke up. ... Woke up in sweat and only had 5 minutes before the bus came. Rushed. Tripped on the last stair. Was weirded out cause the dream was slowly apparently happening. But brushed it off because I was always told that dreams are just silly things thought up by our subconscious. During school in p.e period. We had dodgeball that day. (It could have been running the mile, or doing any other game) After lunchtime, I threw up. Called home. At this point I was a little freaked. But kept trying to be logical and say nah, it's just weird coincidence. Got home, nothing out of the ordinary till chore time. My hand slipped on the plate I picked up. It broke. Then shortly after my parents got in a fight about finances. And we're planning to go to the store. I begged them to stay home after telling them my dream and they agreed just because "what if?" They were fine, and the next day was peaceful. But still. Had to say this because it was weird af. #FeversCauseWeirdProphecys? XD.

When I was about 11, I had a dream about me and a boy. I thought the boy was my current friend at the time as the boy in the dream looked kind of like him. The boy put a wedding ring on my finger. It was just us. Everything else was empty and white. That dream stuck with me for a long time. Many years later I started dating a guy. A few years into the relationship, I looked at him and thought to myself that he looks like that boy I used to be friends with when I way younger. Then I remembered that dream. We have been together for 8 years now and we're engaged. I'm just rambling at this point, but at about 15 I remember a dream where I walked through a big empty city.no people, just buildings. A bat flew beside me and said "you don't remember him, do you?" and the dream ended. Now at this point in my life I had met the person i'm with now, but we were kind of strangers to each other. For some reason dreams with a talking animal seem to feel kind of important. I would like to think this dream referred to the last, but I still keep an eye out just in case I've forgotten someone important.

kind of an old video but, my friend’s older sister had this terrifying doll that sat in her closet. i remember it having a torn blue dress and a bit of paint worn off of it’s right eye. she (the older sister) got annoyed at us constantly talking about how creepy it was, decided she didn’t care about it anymore, and threw it out (we watched her). that same day we watched the garbage man take the trash, and we quite literally saw the doll get dumped into the truck. the next morning, my friend and i went into her closet to find a board game and found the doll, exactly how it was (no paint on it’s eye, torn blue dress). we asked her sister about it and even she was freaked out. another time, i was up late with my mom and i placed one of my toys on the counter so my mom could come with me to get ready for bed. my dad was out of state with my sister and there was no one else home except for me and my mom. when i went to go get my toy, it was gone. 100% gone. and we never found it again.

I remember, in preschool, I closed my eyes for a split second and it became day. And I was still tired, though. Now that I think about it it seems weird.

I'm a bit late to this, but I've had a moment a couple years back, one that actually repeats every so often. Suddenly, I'll be very confused as to who and where I am, convinced that I had been somewhere and someone else, until I snapped back to reality a couple of moments later. It was an incredibly strange experience. I also occasionally have very extreme Déjà vu moments. Normally, I'll have a dream about myself doing a certain thing, or talking to a certain person. (The latest was playing a game with people that I didn't know, and having a good time) Then, usually a couple months later, I relive the exact same scenario in real life, down to the last detail. In this scenario, I had recently met a new, very wholesome group of people, and I had been playing games as part of a full-group game night they hosted every month. Suddenly, I found myself in the exact same conversation as the one in my dream, and the same cards were on the board, being read out. It really freaks me out when it happens. (Note, I don't have dreams very often, but as these dreams are usually incredibly vivid, they stick in my memory very well.)

this one day when i was like 6 i went outside in the garden with my dad and i KID YOU NOT, there were BUGS EVERYWHERE. falling out the sky, all over the walls everywhere!!!! and then, i had a shower and ate. me and my dad talked about it and then i went to sleep. the next day i tried talking about it to my dad and he was like "what? we didnt even go outside yesterday. it was probabally a dream" and i was SHOOK because i remember everything i did that day and that was soooo many years ago

I got one. A girl being interested in me. That's a glitch.

Mine was that I fell UP the stairs WHO DOES THAT HOW DO YOU DO THAT

One time when I was about 9 years old, I was outside of my church and saw a car with beige color, lots of scratches, and heavily tinted windows. It passed once, and then the same car passed again. The same direction, same scratches, and same windows. On the next Sunday that same car shot up my church because the priest was mistaken for someone else. That shit was so horrifying. I think that the Deja Vu was scarier than the gunshots.

I watched the matrix on shrooms for the first time... And It felt like I was stuck between in a simulation world and real word and it was the most scariest and most hopeless thing I've ever experienced.
