It's a trendy word which many self help gurus advise their clients to "be in the moment" and escape the busy life of the 21 century by doing some yoga or some sort of other far Eastern relaxation exercises. Although these may help temporarily, we learn the real way to "be in the momemt"; which will help make it a moment of worship. As the erudite Imam Shaffi رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ once said 'time is like a moment, so make it a moment of worship'.
