Now i have produce wallet to sell online I want to register that brand with name ABC.I have one another item in aparrel also. So can I use ABC brand name with both items? If you want to sell it under any specific name u need to register it under that name ...but make sure u are selecting correct class for registration as it takes more than 6 month to obtain a trade mark .

you can apply for a trademark with a unique brandname in more than one class of goods or services. For each class of goods or services you need to apply with the applicable trademark fee.

You can apply for trademark with a same unique brandname in two different classes. It is better to apply in two different applications for 2 different classes as the fee will be charged for 2 differnt classes weather you apply in one application or two. In case of any query, feel free to contact regarding the trademark registration.

I have TM for my brand. Registration is pending. My product design is generic by quality is higher than generic quality. I got good reviews for my brand product. Other sellers mapped my asin. I requested amazon to remove other sellers as I had my logo TM. Amazon refused to remove them as brand is not registered.
