Saw bob Thurmans video for the first time few weeks ago that was uploaded years ago. It was a Ted talk show. Been following and listening to his dharma talks since. I come from a Buddhist family .Just like bob Thurman, my father dedicated his whole life in reading, writing Tibetan texts, going on retreats for years and months in the Himalayas , learning from great spiritual masters from nepal, India and Tibet. I see bob and it reminds me of my father who is in nepal at the moment, I currently live in NY. After the pandemic, hope to meet bob in his talk shows in future and thank him for his love and support for the Tibetan community and for the dharma talks he does, bringing more awareness to the westerners about Buddhism and Buddha!!!!! I rejoice !!!!!!!!!

Tsaloong trulkhor, meaning the ‘magic wheel of channels and winds,’ refers to a system of Tibetan classical yogic practices that work with visualization, breath, and physical exercises. It awakens the channels, energy, and consciousness (body, energy, and mind) designed to awaken your deepest truest nature.
