Hi, I have 2 sons, aged 18 and 7. When we came to UK in Dec 2017, the older one was 11 and the younger one was 1. If we apply for 7 year child route through my younger one and if it is successful, then what will be the case for my elder son? Thanks

hello i am living with my parents in Uk . i born in India . 3 years ago me and my mom came from india to live in uk .my dad called us because he was already in uk for 26 years .when we arrived uk At that time ,i was 16. now i am 18 and 19 start . so me and my mom gave a exam called A2. i passed exam but my mom didn't. some people say your mom will be settle in uk after 10 years if she didn't pass exams because she don't know english but ,i passed two exam A2 and B1 now i need to give Life in the uk . so after that will i also settle with my mom or my visa will be separate and will settlement in five years

Sir, what about the parents? My child was born in the UK , in August he will complete 7 years We all are on skilled workers visa. Can we, his parents, all get ILR based on his application immediately along with him ? Or we get 5 year or 10 route and only get ILR Thanks in advance

Hi I came to the uk when I was 8 I’m now 22 and I got granted leave to remain in 2018 then I extended it again in 2021 and now I’m applying for ilr as my leave to remain is expiring so. The rules were different earlier, where the grant was under 10 year route and have changed recently and the 5 year route has been added. Hello, sir, please reply to me. My son born in uk May 2020 . I am on a Tier 2 visa. Also, he got a dependent visa this year. If he wants to leave the UK for 28 days, then he can apply for a 7-year child visa or not. He spent 4 years in the UK, and he hasn't travelled yet outside the UK.

I applied dependent visa for my newborn Bt I got a mail saying I did not provide valide evidence for maintenance. So I shud submit sponsor letter that is me or husband saying will accommodate baby with us or 3 mnth bank statement. I had submitted all of this and my account had minimum 315 pounds which is needed so what was d problem I did nt understand tried ringing gov. Uk bt even did nt had any answe

Since your Son is over 18 years of age, his application will be based on Home Office exercising Discretion, you should file the applications with an experienced immigration lawyer, a small mistake may complicate matters. We have dealt with similar cases successfully.

the half life rule only applies to Applicant aged from 18 years but less that 25 years of age
