"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people don't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Sir I just wanna say thank you...you saved my life."

My deepest fear is growing old and have lived a life with regrets. We have one life and people tend to forget that. You always hear old people say "time flies, make use of it while you can", I always heard this as a kid and I was like "okay". Growing to be an 18 year old young man I find it that they are telling the truth and they want us to not waste our gift of life on the stupid things that don't matter. Do with your life what you really want to do. If you have a dream, go out and try to accomplish that dream. Do not fear failure. There is no such thing as failure. Sure you may not have accomplished that goal but I'm sure you learned something along the way of trying accomplish that goal. Basically what I'm saying is live life to the fullest and enjoy it! There is nothing to fear!

if you cut out all the bullshit, and really think about it, this is true. people don't fear weakness, people fear power, and what comes with that power. responsibility, meaning, and consequences are too much for many people to handle in their lives, and they do indeed shrink themselves to feel more like everybody else, when truly they have greatness in them.

My deepest fear is having to learn this now. I through the time I played and coached basketball, have turned down all my worries, frustration and anger. I focused today on basketball, I invested my time in education, for myself and for the children. I broke loose the chain of fear, and I’ve learnt that; with fear, performance is crippled. Thank you, all my basketball coaches. Thank you everyone, thank you

My deepest fear is not focusing and choosing the right choices for and within life that matters in my individual self. Looking back on stuff that goes on deeply that gives my mind a negative vibe about anything that doesn't correspond to what i can learn from my mistakes, but I'll be the one that will depend on to share greateness in myself. I wouldn't care if people look at me different or something that can change my views as a human being. I wouldn't deal with the faith and hope that i have against my surroundings that life isn't what it seems as my childhood starts to fade away. I'll start to develop a man out of myself and become to what it seems to be myself standing in the mirror. People and others around me start to have doubt and certain questions about what i will do and wouldn't do, but I'll see that others would care about me and others just have it all with curiosity. It's all on them to feel that way about me, but I'll let them be. I'll say, I'm more of a person to feel humble and no regret against things in my point of view that i see. like i will always say, "Life is simply complex under the ordinary". If people say something about what you have against that people don't like, well it's their problem to feel that way. Like for example, if you're gay or any certain things that people can say mean stuff that will bring your emotions and mood down, it's just what makes you get distracted from the opportunities that will lead upon yourself . Being weird, gay, etc, is just what will makes us as human beings. It's life that they see, so don't go around saying about committing suicide or anything that can put your life in danger. As you know, anything that fears you is your choice to just let them. Every single human being will have the willing to change their point of views too. If you're reading this, just live along the chill zone or chill life as i will say. Be neutral to yourself and focus on postive thoughts that will keep your mind racing. Well, just remember to do what is best for you; Peace out.

If this is indeed true. Then I have been missing the picture. From a 19 year old with guilt of feeling like I am capable of more. But thinking I'm crazy because I see no one around me, like me. This gives me a reason to feel that powerful. To keep going. In the end I could inspire others to do the same. Just with my actions. Point is. I needed this. Its makes sense. And I hope its true.

My deepest fear is being insignificant once I leave the world. The fact that my friends and family's memories of me will soon be gone as they also leave the world haunts me every time it passes my mind. And that one person's life is just insignificant compared to the grand scheme of the universe. The hopelessness of the future is what I fear the most, even though I am aware that it's a thing beyond my (or anyone's) control so we shouldn't worry too much about it.

Beauitful quote. My favourite "our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure" meaning we hold back on beleifs that We think we cannot do ie. our limitations. When really there is none. Who says there is? What purpose does this serve? We are very much beyond measurement of what we can do.

I get it..when we excel others will also, and people fear others who can rise to the challenge..in so many words I think I follow this principle at work..I bust my hump and show other how to do what I do so we as a team can be great..a lot of people fear that in general as if they will lose what they have to others, I on the other hand think a great team no matter what it is, makes us all better.
