I understand where Mazi Nze is coming from as regards always showing love to everyone. YET I'm of the opinion that in respect to a work environment love language show be disregarded to avoid misinterpretation. For me doing your work right, expressing Godly virtues and treating everyone in a humane manner is enough because going out to seek out your Boss or employer's love language might start something one never intended to start.

I also feel like every bosses love language is getting the job done

I agree with Mazi ,love language isn't just limited to intimate relationships....Love language is more about relating /communicating to someone(friend,boss ,spouse ,parent etc) in a way that gets to them the most. Peoples love language differ, that's why it's called love 'language' we should stop trying to love people the way we feel the should be loved or the way we would love to be loved., but we should love people the way THEY WANT TO BE LOVED . meanwhile there's an unanswered question in the previous episode

Loved it as usual. Unfortunately, I have not been able to do the love challenge and can't for now because I don't have a partner. I use a wheelchair because of spinal cord injury so getting a partner has been a feat but by God's grace I pray to get one and do the love challenge. Remember that you already are in a relationship with your boss when you took up the job.
