I’ve heard LA has become a dump. People crapping on the sidewalks, homeless people everywhere, crazy people on every corner, etc. And don’t they tell you something like when you can or how much water you can use? Or when you can run your AC? Something like that. It’s a shame bc LA used to be so beautiful.
