How does a pro get the perfect Dakar shot? What does it take to get a banger shot of a rally car, truck, or bike, moving extremely fast? The answers: patience, planning, and professionalism.

How do you keep all the dust out of your camera. And I'm guessing lens changes are nearly impossible in that environment

Takes about $6,000+ also, have a friend racing in it and I wanted to do a mini-doc but yeah...you have to have some serious backing to even think of trying such a project. Very prohibitive to us normal cinematographers. Wish I could have organized a pass but the costs, oh well.
