Awesome video! Toilets and showers. Toilets shown on the ghost and razorcrest. Showers as depicted on the AT Hauler. Beds were pretty common on freighters, falcon, Ghost and a very small bunk on the razorcrest. Otherwise you got the bases covered.

If I ever found myself maruned in the star wars galaxy, and forced to live on a ship I'd probably kill the time by building and customising droid to help in maintenance. Two problems solved at onced

To survive in the GFFA, you would absolutely need a Protocol droid and an Astromech. One to handle machines you don’t understand, the other to handle people you don’t understand. I would also want a ship with a full bath.

A bar would also be a good place for crews on huge ships

In 1994, WEG released Galaxy Guide 6 Tramp Freighters. In it, there was a discussion on fuel. I do not remember where the fuel price was listed, but if you do not want to pay the docking fees to fill up your tank.... On pg 41 and 42, it also spoke of Fuel Converters. Solid Fuel Converters can convert virtually any material into fuel cell power. Cost is 8K credits and weighs 5 tons. You can also have a Scoop. A Scoop is basically the Solid Fuel Converter with a shovel, allowing you to "drive by" and collect resources--like atmosphere and seas. Cost is 15K credits and weighs 15 tons. And if you do not like to "steal" resources, just get a deployable giant solar-absorbant sail. It takes about 15 days to fill up in system and will run you 12K credits with a weight of 10 tons. And lastly, you can add a Tractor Beam to help the get the raw material into the Solid Fuel Converter for only 8K creds and 15 tons!

I imagine most ships have some level of water recycling and larger ships can maybe grow their own food We also know that star wars mres are common so that's probably in consumables

Other than the usual stuff such as spare parts, fuel, tools, & food/water. I would need a starship that’s relatively affordable & easy to service/customize. Easily serviceable for maintenance & getting parts. For customization like adding point defense systems to protect my ship from people like pirates. Medical supplies are a must, same can be said for entertainment. Also I would need an astromech & a droid like L-337. Additionally I would need a blaster/ armory on board the ship since you can’t have too many blasters.

They don’t address the water issue as I surmise that, on freighters and larger ships, there is a water recycler that takes the discharge from the refresher and produces potable water for the organic on the ship.

Great job. I also appreciate seeing Sequel Trilogy, Solo, The Mandalorian, etc., materials in the background. Some seem to avoid using these materials.

I have a full-size destroyer (Not star destroyer, those don't exist in my universe.) that I command, but in terms of my smaller ships, I generally bring food, fuel, water, lots of repair supplies, ammunition for both ship-mounted and personal weapons, enough things to sell so I hopefully can get enough money to refuel and resupply, emergency gear, an emergency shelter, and so on.

Very interesting, I hadn’t thought that far ahead either but definitely all usable things. Maybe some hiking sticks might be a good suggestion too.

Compare the size of the average houseboat to the size of the average container ship. People don't need that much space to live in, but the more cargo your ship can hold, the more profit you can make.

water would be easy to get, as long as you have a spacesuit and a blunt object you can stop off at a comet or dwarf planet out in an oort cloud and smash off a few chunks of ice and you can melt that into water.

It could be interesting to take a look at how different militaries handled logistics throughout the Clone Wars and the Galactic Civil War as well as the administrative differences. Logistically speaking the Grand army of the Republic had very different priorities compared to the Separatist Droid hordes, likewise the Rebellion would’ve had to have much more decentralized infrastructure in their war against the Empire. And on the administrative side of things the inclusion of a recreational facility on the Mon Calamari Cruiser could point the lack of an ability for the Alliance to issue Liberty or Leave to personnel. In contrast we’ve seen both the Empire and Republic rotated troops off the front lines and on obviously recreational trips to cantinas. While not requiring sleep or the normal accommodations that organics would need Droids would still necessitate maintenance and inspection potentially demanding replacement of parts circling back to logistics. Great video, can’t wait to see more.
