It's actually true, just in Korean (the creator made it in English so people can understand). The beats make them understand when to sing and to keep up with the song and the song gets louder when there's fan chants (they can't hear it because fans are loud) and gets less louder when there's no chants

That's not what they hear. Even if there was constant talking it would DEFINITELY be in Korean. And stuff like this is usually said into in ears of people working lights, fog machines and stuff like that for the stages.

Guys they hear that stuff in Korean ofc. But, the stadiums or concert halls are VERY loud so if they have to do a more synchronised or sophisticated step this helps them A LOT

the loud beat is actually really useful because as dancers we usually follow the beat instead of just listening to music

as a performing musician myself - thats the best thing to help me on stage. some people in the comments saying its so annoying, but musicians from their first lesson in the life are learning how to use it and in general get used to it. i remember doing exercises for the metronome accuracy so many times when i just started. its actually SOSOSO satisfying to hear music hitting bpm like. 🥰🥰
