My first Louis Vuitton was a bag I have been looking at for a while. I would look at other LVs but kept going back to the Noe gm. I bought it preloved two weeks ago and couldn:t be happier. It is in very good condition and is all I want for now. Sooo wonderful!

I just bought my first LV piece yesterday. I went with a pocket organizer in monogram eclipse. I am absolutely in love. I've had a huge smile on my face ever since and I keep picking it up to examine it.

Oh gosh, I just got around to watching this now but boy, do I understand that feeling of somehow getting used to these high-end prices. I remember years ago, spending $100-200 dollars on a bag seemed out of this world but now when I see an $800-900 bag, I think, "wow, how inexpensive!" (considering most luxury bags start at a ~$2000 price tag)

I got a kick from you’re statement, “ makes you happy-for a little while” So true. I’ll put it to the test, once again; just this week I acquired a new round coin pouch and a preloved mini Pochette.

Your suggestions are spot on. The Cles is a good choice to buy as first piece new to get the “LV Experience” ....you know work with an SA, Gift bag, box, ribbon.....all the goodies! If this helps anyone...I have 3 speedy bags...about to hand one down to my niece and and get myself a new replacement. Ive done the same with the Pochette Accessories and the key cles pouch.

I’ll be a first time buyer! Long time admirer of the LV range. My dream bag is the speedy 30. My budget won’t allow for a new one, so I’m going down the pre-loved route. From the millions of KZfaq videos I watched, I thought the Damier Ebène was my favourite, but now I’m loving the patina on the Monogram. I like a bag that looked used. I want functionality above a fashion statement.

My favorite SLG is the cosmetic pouch. A KZfaq has done a video on how to turn it into a mini handbag and it can fit my phone, unlike the mini pochette.

I think I want a vintage Noe Gm! The Neverfull is also on my list! Thx for sharing

I agree with you. The Speedy is just a perfect bag. I have the Speedy 35 B. I love the strap. It has lots of adjustment options. I carried it long, as a cross body on my recent vacation in Italy. Love your video's Autumn!!!

Yes!! The first piece I bought was the 6-key monogram key holder--still barely holding up about 15 years!!! And then the monogram cles. Following that, I was lucky to find a cherry blossom pochette, and question for all--why doesn't anyone carry a papillion anymore?

My first bag was speedy 25 monogram loved til handles changed colors. Then I did not like anymore. I stick with Damier ebene now mostly only have slgs mini pouchette my fav piece. Love your views :) also have and love dachshund

Autumn, I really love your channel. It is nice to watch a down to earth person appreciate luxury items like myself. Not to mention, how much I have learned where to buy for much less than retail. You motivated me to save for an item with money to spare .Recently, I just purchased my Louis Vuitton Dream bag. It was Sac Chien Dog Carrier 40? Lol I carry it like a purse with 2 LV bandeau on the handles, LV up cycled pomeranian dog charm (from Etsy), and my Medical Alert Service Dog inside. So, thank you for helping me see that us down to earth woman deserve luxury too.

Great advice 👍 I don't know if I want to take the plunge. In person, they're so beautifully crafted though. It's hard to justify the purchase. One commenter said LVs aren't meant to be worn every day but if I'm spending $1000s I would want to get frequent use out of my bag.

I also like the old styles and my dream bag brand new would have been the Galleria Pm but can only get it pre-owned for about $1000 in Canada. I don’t mind going down the pre owned route but want a brand new one first. I love the sound of when that zipper on the purse opens lol.

I agree with the cles. It’s incredibly versatile. I’m still figuring out that mini pochette. I found that it’s perfect for a little period kit to keep all your feminine hygiene products in one place and not like all over your purse lol I just did an in-depth video on it actually. 🙈

I adore my speedy. Functional, roomy and classy. Also love my tivoli PM, about as big as a speedy 25 but the pleating and details make it so elegant and feminine

Key holder/cle is my fav piece from LV as well,got them in all kinds of canvas,as well as leather versions.

My 1st bag, was passed to me by my 1st cousin. It was the Speedy 35. That was the straw.. 😂. I LOVE LV for that reason. I think I have bought and sold pieces left and right without hesitation because of the quality, size and durability. The Name itself gives me goosebumps! 😍 My favorite bag to this day is the Speedy 40. Ahhhhhh... I believe I would buy that bag and the Cles 10x over and still find something amazing each time.... love the video... tfs!! 💕💕💕

My first Louis Vuitton bag was a speedy 35 when I was 18 years old. I bought the 30 many years later but my all time favourite Louis Vuitton handbag is my Noe GM. I need another because I will wear her to death. The 35 and my Noe are a perfect match for weekend trips around Europe.

I had a look at the key pouch but felt not a strong as I thought, looking at your video it looks like they are really good and have a good wear and tear… it’s definitely on my wish list now:-) can I please ask you about the handles of the speedy ? I’ve just got one but one of the handles feels A bit kind of creased, but the other handle is all soft, is it normal? Do the handles crease with time?

I’ve used my mini pochette as a wallet on and off and I currently use it as an emergency kit, bandaids, Advil, little clippers and nail files etc fit so well in them.

It was not my first piece of LV, but I have a black Epi Pochette that I got pre-loved for a great price, and I highly recommend it as a first piece. But it is kind of a funny story how I acquired it...my husband found someone advertising LV and some other items locally. They were people who buy the storage units with unpaid bills and then try to sell the contents. So my husband took me along to authenticate, thinking he might also resell or just give them to me, depending on what they were. They turned out to be authentic, the Epi Pochette and a DE Speedy 30 like yours, Autumn. They were both in fabulous condition, neither really looked as though they had really been carried. The sellers told us that they had been told that the previous owner was an exotic dancer. If so, she had great taste. We got both items for $250, neither seller was remotely familiar with LV. I think they assumed that they were probably fakes, they were happy with the price. Luckily for me, they were not fakes, and I have been enjoying them ever since. The DE Speedy 30 is still one of my favorite bags, especially for winter. I found myself not carrying it as much the past couple of years.. I feel like I'm seeing DE LV all over the place. But last week I pulled it out again because we were having such terrible weather, and it's a great bad weather bag. Anyway, I was reminded of how beautiful it really is. I have a monogrammed luggage tag that I had gotten for my DE NF, but I think it actually looks far better on the Speedy. As for the Pochette, it is not something I would have bought for myself, I'm not really into SLGs. They do not make the Epi Pochette anymore, but if someone can find it pre loved, it is a great first piece IMO. It ages beautifully, the black epi leather wears like iron. It is so sleek and glamorous.looking with the gold hardware... just a fantastic little clutch, and a great bag to carry in a tote if you want to have something to grab and run in the store with. It is a great evening bag to just take out to dinner. It is a great bag to bring if you are traveling, you can use it to hold other things and double as a clutch, or just throw it in your bag or suitcase as it takes up no room, in case you want to have a more formal little bag with you. I have started thinking that pre loved is a great way to start a LV collection. Their prices have gotten so high, and pre loved allows you to find something that really fits in your budget and life. If you are new to LV of course I would not advise someone to do what we did with the random seller on Facebook. There are plenty of reputable sellers online as well as reputable authenticators.

Looking to buy speedy 25 DE but sold out on line. So many for sale preloved and so highly priced.

Great video again. Because the speedys in Monogram and Damier everybody seems to own, i recommend the wonderful versions in Epi leather. Because Epi you don't see so ofter on other people. Samantha

Autumn, love your well thought out videos; but I wish you would stop telling people that they can make their money back when they sell their bags. Maybe some people with very rare bags have made money; but that is not the norm. I have always lost money every time I sold a Louis Vuitton item. Sure, it may sell for more than I originally paid; but once the consignment store takes heir commission, I am always out of pocket so I just wanted to clear up that common misperception.

Hi Autumn. What about a video on the different tones the LV canvas can have, especially in the case of Damier Azur? I've a Speedy 35 and a Neverfull GM in Damier Azur and when it came to my mind to compare them, I realized that the Speedy is more yellowish. I've been told that this happens a lot, but I don't like my Speedy so much as I used to anymore... I would like to know what differences we can expect from buying in different countries, different dates, etc.. Thanks.

Got my first 2 yesterday for my birthday. Monogram speedy 30 bandolier and Damier ebene neverfull MM. They are still bagged and boxed but the hubby put a big smile on my face! I'm already eyeballing my next purchase for xmas... I may just get wallets or a cardholder for each purse.

I recently took the plunge in the LV world. Went with TUILERIES BESACE, Graduation and Mother’s Day all rolled in one. We only have two of the boutiques in the Seattle area, not available.Ended up going down to Portland Oregon same issue, but I was able to order in store pickup. Save a good amount on taxes with the no sale tax in Oregon So I’m waiting on pins and needles for the notice it’s in.Fear will become an addiction,funny but seriously 😒 First time out I’m driving two and half hours to her, god only know what this time next year will look like.🤦🏽‍♀️ Love your video,great content.

I’ll be getting my very first LV on my trip to Cali! I’ll be there the beginning of Sept, and it will also be my first time going to California so I can’t wait and I think it will be a perfect time to buy because it will be my little souvenir / memory from Cali 😊 I’m going to be getting a speedy 25 B in DE and I want to get a matching wallet, I was thinking of getting the zippy coin purse in DE to match & I can’t wait! It will probably be my only LV purchase ever as they are crazy expensive, but I said hey, I work hard for my money and it’s something I would really love and get a lot of use out of, so I’m gonna do it!
