Only one person would have had the balls to pull something like this - Chavez hadn't been happy about the idea of selling drugs but hadn't wanted to be left behind if the other gangs were pulling this. Kane and Lil' Poppa hadn't had any problems.... but Sweet, Sweet Johnson, that motherfucker had played him, and nobody played Frank Tenpenny and lived.
