I am a new 3/4 head coach and would love some tips or approaches when it comes to communicating to your League in regards to your success and the players on the team. My mid season evaluation was great but the only thing I found out I did well at was just doing what I was told and following through on it. Nothing else was said or asked. The impression was as long as I keep issues at a lower level without it moving up the chain of command, that’s all that I have to worry about? I have never been an assistant but have played football all my life and come from an old school, Southern, Bear Bryant type of conditioned mindset and need to know how to be a great 3/4 Coach! Thanks for these videos! There are 3 head coaches now and they are all moving up to the next grade and I have a feeling I will be running the show next season! I have two more games left of this season but my gut instinct tells me I better start prepping now!
