Hi Veggie Boys, I never ever would have thought of that.....go to pick newest planting first before the previous one so you don't pass over any potential plant disease from previous to the newest planted. The things I learn here. :) Take care

Really enjoy watching your family work together. When y'all are picking peppers and tomatoes it takes me back to the days as a kid I helped my pappy in his greenhouse. He grew tomatoes and peppers hydroponic. I learned a lot about farming from him and apply it to my farm today. Love the way Daniel babysits.

Going to copy your bio degradable mulch film for my garden. So much less water and controls disease and dirt. Just love locally grown thin skin fresh eater tomatoes vine ripened. Sure miss them in the winter time. In the winter, We get the thick skin Calif and Mex. winter shipper tomatoes picked green and thick skin like a basket ball Late season extra tomatoes, I smash up and put in plastic tubs with plastic wrap over the top with lid on. Into the freezer. Great all winter in soups, beans, stews. Great point about not spreading disease from older plantings to new plantings. Love fresh pickling cukes for fresh eating, those 3>4 inchers are so crisp they snap and crunch. Found a great way to eat al the peppers, grilled on the barbeque until they grill mark and smoke up. So tastey and much sweeter Need more of Joel, he has great descriptions and speaking voice. Loved the horse barn

Andrew, my wife and I are faithful watching subscribers. Our evening traditions always include watching your videos, on the nights when you publish one. And, just so you know, we get especially excited when they're a little longer. You should be proud that your content always leaves us wanting more! We have a question and are hopeful for an answer in an upcoming video: We can't imagine what on earth your customers do with all those peppers, especially the long hots, hot cherry and Italian hots. I can see a few of them selling, but the quantity we see you picking DAILY is astounding. Is there a Pennsylvania recipe in your area that a lot of people make that uses them? It's easy to see and imagine what happens to the bell peppers, and banana peppers also, but the long hots, Italian hots and hot cherry -- in the quantities that you seem to sell -- WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?? Thanks for your good work! We live in East Tennessee, but your channel makes us wish we lived in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

I always forget how much difference there is between Kentucky and PA. I went from southern Pa to southern Ky as a kid. Now I'm in the Lexington area. I usually transplant on Derby Day and have tomatoes around the first of August. This year I decided to see how far I could push things with poly low tunnels, and we've been eating tomatoes since the last week of June.
