yay another video!!!❤️🥵 I had sleep paralysis I only saw shadows but I was very young and don’t remember it completely but I still remember the shadows and how it felt like I was strapped down! I can’t believe people can deal with that nightly!

Whenever I have sleep paralysis I don’t see anything, in fact it’s dark and I feel like there’s a dark pressure on my body... I can’t move or talk and I cry. I’ll try to scream mom and dad but it comes out as just air, like it sounds like I’m out of breathe.... In my dreams I can feel it coming. I’ll like fly or start walking and I’ll run into a wall and it starts!!! And it feels like it last forever and to stop it i have to take a deep breathe and try so hard to move my arms. When I wake up I have a whole panic attack about going back to bed so I just stay on my phone 🙁😩

Sleep pralysis is so scary , i get it nearly every night that i hate sleeping , what is more scary is that i feel myself slipping to it and sometimes i get it 3 times a night (now i take a relaxer to sleep better ) , i see sometimes lights , i hear noises in my head and ever someone speeking in a language i have never heard (and sometimes in those nights i get vivid dreams )

I was sleeping at night and this was after some days my grandpa who was very close to me passed away. I was levitating and shaking. I aw some black shadow right beside me that to horrific to even look at. My grandpa was also next to the dark shadow. I kept hearing very loud bangs and I kept yelling dad! Dad! I think someone broke in! The dark shadow was about to Attack me I was trying to yell help but I couldn’t even talk nor move. Finally I dropped down to my bed and was finally able to talk and move and yell for help

Can you talk about OBE's as well? I know sometimes if you experience sleep paralysis, if you actually don't fight it, it's a chance to experience an OBE Also, I have had SP once that I remember completely and possibly another long ago as a kid but I'm not sure if it did happen or not so I don't count that. I tried researching SP years ago after that experience and I think it mentioned something about the part of the brain in the front or somewhere (the part that contains the negative stuff) being active while in REM sleep, but you are fully conscious. Typically when in REM sleep, your body shuts down (like your conscious sits right above your physical body) so you don't do crazy stuff in your sleep, but when it's disrupted suddenly or some other reason, you are in that same REM state except your now awake which is why you cannot move..... but don't quote me on that because it was long ago when I researched it and I don't remember exactly how it works anymore lol

As I commented before on one of your videos, my house is haunted & mine and my siblings sleep paralysis experiences are insane. One experience caused my sibling to not sleep in her room for months. What she claimed she saw was.. just had me at loss for words. •Keep up your good work brit

I've had sleep paralysis since I was a kid, and it's always been in our two bedrooms (I've lived in the same house my whole life). If you go to the clip of this video of that black figure with the glowing eyes from like 4:12-4:20, that's almost exactly what I saw one time. I had been feeling so uncomfortable in my room, and I haven't slept in my room for almost 2 years. My house is also haunted (it was built in 1890, so it's really old). So many experiences I can't tell in one comment, but sleep paralysis is definitely part of it! 😭

I used to live in a haunted apartment building, not too much happened but my room especially felt bad energy and eventually caused me depression. One night, I had sleep paralysis and it felt like I was sinking in my bed, and just heard screaming. It happened weekly so much I just got used to it. And when we moved out my mom said she felt as if she couldn’t breath in my room, while she was packing it up she said picture frames and my trinkets fell randomly from my shelves, I wasn’t too sure what was in that room but it was definitely something negative.also, my new house never once had sleep paralysis.

I've had sleep paralysis happen to me a lot. Last time I had it I heard super creepy whispering and crying babies. Another time it happened, I saw snakes all over my body. It's not fun. lol

a couple years ago i went to an old hotel in victoria, british columbia (i live in vancouver bc) and i was laying on my side and felt a strong presence behind me, at this moment i could move so i switched sides to see what in was. A huge tall black figure was standing SO close to my face and that's when i couldn't move, scream or close my eyes. Its almost like physically i wasn't scared at all because i couldn't do anything about it but on the inside i was terrified! i love you and your channel btw!!!

I don't remember if I shared this story on your channel or not (I have shared it on other channels) but if not, here's my first and, so far, only experience I had back in March 2017: I heard my alarm go off but the song ("Ritual" by Black Veil Brides) that woke me up slowly started to sound evil and almost demonic. The words didn't match the actual song. The real lyrics start out with "rise up and celebrate your life. . ." but when the song started playing when I was experiencing this, the words "death" and "evil" were being repeated among other words. Next thing I knew, I couldn't move. I felt like I was being held down and it was hard to breathe. All I could see was darkness as the sun hadn't risen yet and there was no other source of light. Thank goodness tho because I didn't want to see a damn thing. I was flat on my back so unless something climbed onto my bed and leaned over my face (I wasn't about to try to look around for any demons), I wouldn't have seen anything in my room. I definitely felt a presence though. I kept trying to turn towards my sister who I shared my room with at the time and tried to say her name but failed to do both. After a couple of minutes or so, I wiggled my fingers a bit and I managed to whisper my sister's name. As soon as her name came out, I was able to move again...

I experienced it last year and someone or something is above me and its so heavy that I cant move my entire body even my hands I cant touch my sister sleeping beside me and try to wake her up but it didnt happened. I cant even open my eyes because of the heaviness that I was feeling And then I shouted as loud as I can but I dont have voice, and then it gets heavier. Love you so muchh Brittyy😚
