Daammnnn! Komolika was really hot.. even by today's standards. Not just her looks, but her dialogue delivery and BGM contributed to her being the best vamp of all time. She is just like Scarlett witch minus the powers.. steals the thunder in every scene she is in.

I remember when my mom used to take me to the parlour for haircut the women out there including hairdresser used to discuss Komolika and what her move would be in the next epsiode. 😂 That time there were no mobiles so people used to enjoy talking all these stuffs even with a stranger women at the parlour.

I understand compliments to this personality type. But 'well behaved' women do too, often hand in hand with more outgoing n these personality types, n doing super cool stuff ? Just cuz someone wants to be well behaved, or formal, or more filtered/thought through, doesn't mean they don't speak their minds or succeed in their causes. All women r cool, n we can acknowledge that. I think the word here is wrong Women trapped by conventions, prejudices n accepting social assumptions may not be famous for well things tho

Just take princess Diana for example. I'm not against the women who are well mannered or well behaved . I'm just appreciating the women who dare to take the charge of being different .

This was my most loved tv serials... I would never forget this serial in my life... I mostly love all the characters in this serial... Komolika, Prerna, Anuraag.. Specially the first one.. later they changed him ☹️ , prem, that komolika's assistant that rapchik guy, and last but not the least.. Mr. Bajaj.... I wish someone uploaded the entire serial in KZfaq... I would love to watch it again for sure... lots of love to this team.... miss you guys so much 🥰

This trend started with the iconic character of Ramola Sikand in April 2001 way before Komolika’s character was even introduced! Komolika, Anu, Pallavi, etc all those characters can be kept in the same league but the OG Vamp is undoubtedly Ramola Sikand!
