I would like to see one of the Christmas market. I used to love going to those when I was stationed at Turley barracks in 1991. I was also stationed at Spinneli in 1984. I really miss Germany. My favorite getaway place was Garmisch. Cool walking tour.

Hello Tom, Turley and Spinelli no longer exist. Turley is being converted into a modern residential complex. Most of it is narrowed down to Spinelli. A new district for 4000 people is being built there. The site will also be completely remodeled. The Federal Horticultural Show will begin next year. Franklin barracks have also disappeared. All things new. 10,000 people will live there.

I see they have upgraded the strasser cars....dont remember that much litter. I miss Germany...looks like I will Never make it back.

Can i ask what you miss excactly? As a German i always have the opinion Germany is boring and i would prefer so live in so many different countrys.
