I told myself that maybe he hadn't seen it in me yet, yet I was on my back the first night (first time and last time, following behavior again from a no good friend), and I knew he was out of a serious relationship, that this friend filled me in on before we connected, kind of grooming me to be with him, and I went with it, thinking that I would be special enough besides the circumstances (sleeping early, him fresh out of a break up)... I was wrong wrong wrong! I left that situationship broke, busted and disgusted. Truly. The quickest soul tie I ever created, and it's taking time to loosen. FACTS. Accountability is a hard pill to swallow. It comes with maturity & self awareness. A while back when I was young & DUMB, I dated a guy who told me three months into dating that he’s not over his ex. Me not wanting to hear that & because I had caught feelings said to myself “oh he’s just confused, I’ll be the distraction he needs to get over her.” W R O N G ‼️ I allowed that relationship to continue only for him to seriously break things off with me to go be with her. Boy was I devastated. Could’ve likely ended up in somebody’s hospital from being so hurt 😭. Looking back, I brought that pain upon myself. Granted he wasn’t honest from the very beginning, but he was honest. When a man says something he means it. I am a walking testimony to that fact.
