With shallow immature men, yes. Mature grown men will spend time with a woman and try to get to know her before he wants a relationship with you. Once he spends time with you, hotness becomes less important. A hot woman who has nothing else going for her will only hold a man's attention for a short period of time.

I read the book “He’s just not into You” when it came out in the early 2000’s and it helped me move a lot a guys out of my space real quick. But when they realized I was no longer interested they all wanted to try again to date.. Not interested.

We are aware that men are not cars. I, like so many women work hard in bettering myself as a person because its a satisfying thing. If you watched the video in its entirety you would see that Ryan covered more than the esthetic beauty of a woman; he said its about attitude and personality. We can work hard at being the best person we can but for some reason men don't approach us, that was my point.

Look, I am here just to confirm whether or not I’ve been doing it all wrong. I am slowly begin to realize that I am just meeting the wrong men and giving them any bit of time. I know who I am and all of my positive attributes and I’m willing to work on all of the negative attributes (if people are just brave enough to tell me constructively). The Universe has just been sending me men who just hasn’t reached that same epiphany and they need a woman like me to guide them, but they’re not yet committed to better themselves along the process. I care, but I am not someone’s mother or a therapist. I don’t get paid to give love and compassion while getting pain and heartbreak back. It’s not worth it.

Brains. In my experience, men find intelligence in women, by itself highly attractive. Maybe because they're not expecting it? All the traits you listed are traits of an intelligent woman. It doesn't have to be academic intelligence. But intelligence makes any person interesting because you never know what they will say or do and the unpredictability by itself is intriguing. Insecure men will be intimidated, immature men don't have enough experience, and the narcissists will try to destroy you, but real men who know who they are and have depth will be drawn to you, without question.

When you're young, and when your biological clock is ticking off the shelf, we are greedy, we want it all, and NOW. Do your homework, watch Ryan's segment on texting no-nos and other topics. You can be either the most attractive or the most average person and have the worst personality and character. Your looks have nothing to do with who you are as a person. Your character, personality and how you carry yourself speaks louder than physical looks. Also, what you say and your mentality is extremely important. If you don't have good communication and social skills then your attraction level diminishes. Avoid misogyny, sexism and volatile tendencies. Be respectful, be independent, be intelligent and compassionate and understanding.

I find the dating pool regardless of me following advice, these men online dating are not looking for quality woman. I'm 55. The men my age dont want the smart woman. They want sex or someone half our age bc we have bullshit meters. Ive tried being demure. Confident. Open. Sexy. Supporting. Not pushy. Testing boundaries. I have been swooned n even at times met what I thought were healthy men Ryan. Only to discover they're married or domt wamt anything of a stable independent woman. Ive been in goddess classes. What you're talking about is a stereotype - the 'perfect' woman - who is as elusive as a snow leopard. You're talking about an Alpha female, not most females. Men DO NOT have to work for, or 'be worthy' of a woman, nor vice versa.

Hey John! But I'm also not talking about all of these qualities being wrapped into one woman. That would be just as you described; not real. These are individual qualities men find attractive. Please don't let my "whole package" comment be misleading in that sense. Like I said, men are pumped if a woman even possesses a couple of these 😉

agreed, however in general , men's and women's minds work in different ways, I agree that it sounds a little like Ryan is envisioning a ' snow leopard' however it doesn't hurt to raise the bar selflessly, in our own internal thinking. As Ryan says repeatedly, do it for yourself, which brings great self awareness to daily life, especially to the regular leopards among us. Thanks for sharing

Thank you soooo much it made me realized those wrong doings that I've done for my past suitors. I'm really praying that it will sink in my mind because sometimes even if I just saw this person I felt like he's driving me crazy but I don't want ti show it to him. 😔
