I did a version of a half Chad yesterday after the class workout in the heat. 500 step-ups to a 24” box but only with a 20 lb. vest. It took me almost as long as a full Chad. That taller box was brutal.

How about rest periods between a given number of reps. There would be a stop watch used for the rest period(s).

We need 40 in the field. Otherwise we will stop bringing in new athletes. Also we need 40 because there will be more disrupters on the leaderboard which creates separation.

Ice land & Netherlands have high cost of living actually some of the highest in Europe. I think France or Uk . Get Red Bull as a title sponsor but as normal the affiliates will moan like they did when Monster got involved in the sport. I personally can’t wait for the sport & affiliates to separate more !!
