Yes, you could just move to Saudi and seek IIm but an Jamiah Al Islamiyyah is better and easier.

How long does it take to learn Arabic in the M U. Like after Arabic course is the one able to understand the lecture in concerned department?

The program is 2 years however if you finish the second semester and your in the 3rd level of Arabic, you can understand the lectures well. If you practice and talk with others, it will help out a lot
