@@oihcam22 there is...it doesnt have the amount of nutrients fresh fruits snd vegtables do. Yes you'll grab it if its all you can get but if you had the option of eiither buying your veggies from a famers market or grow them from good no chemical soil you would

You just have to train them from a baby literally, my daughter has been vegan from birth due to her allergies and people always ask how did i get her to eat this way and I say simple don’t give the bad stuff and they won’t know what their missing. I love when she says ewww pizza lol. I always get a kick out of it lol. I’m like child only if u knew lol.

I absolutely LOVE the book Deliciously Vegan ❤️ she did her thang on that! There has to be a part 2 for picky eating toddlers! I have already made the chickpea salad sandwich, French toast,breakfast potatoes,Cajun pasta,Mushroom po’boy,tofu scramble,etc. 😬🤣Basically I done went through a lot living for every new recipe . Thank You 🙏🏽

Your son is so polite and smart. I love seeing children eating healthy food. People were always surpirsed to me my 2 yr old eating salads and veggies. They are 32 and 29 and still eat great.

Great video! I wish I had known about the benefits of a plant based diet years ago when I was raising my older children. It’s definitely easier to start them out young eating healthy than trying to change their diets once they get older.
