Interesting coincidence how most of the players with bad eating habits got/get injured the most frequent and worst injuries. And now it makes even more sense why someone like Russell Westbrook has been mostly injury free. One of his teammates was saying that he's a freak for how much salads and veggies he eats.

Eat 3 meal daily. Breakfast: pancakes or cereal. Eat something with fiber like cereal because it reduces constipation. Lunch: wrap or sandwich with lettuce and juice. Dinner: pasta or rice with chicken, salmon or lamb. And dessert. Drink water through the day. As a Somali, pancakes are eaten at breakfast and give you a boost in the morning. Michael Jordan used to eat pancakes for breakfast too.

12:21 this is because he needed to stop his knee from ceasing up, its common rehab after major surgery, and zion was eager to rush back into the league so they had him on the court but when he is subbed they needed to keep his knee moving
