I use L-Carnitine, and L-Arginine, and Berberine since 2008 for neuropathy, it has healed most of my nerves, I could not walk from claudication, today at 74, I can actually run., and my blood pressure upon waking is 106/66. during the days activity it is 118/68. I was supposed to die from heart failure in 2008.

I corrected that with ice (not heat!), and an inversation table. Note, I only went down 5-10 degrees, not upside down, and that little bit of slant is plenty to turn it around permanently. I had the problem 10 years until I discovered this. I haven’t had it for 25 years now. It really did heal it, and I only needed to get on the table for 2-3 mins twice/day. Then I sat on a well supported couch in a perfect yoga position with the bottoms of my feet together while putting ice on my lower lumber for about 15-20 mins. This seriously taught me how important physical therapy is, and why not to sit or sleep in sloppy, wrong positions. I use a lit of support pillows for sleep and never just lay down without intentional positioning, like a CD large pillow between my knees, a good high one, and a better arm and neck pillow. There is no such thing as a one-pillow sleep for me now. I also have cervical issues, so I can’t afford to do my nights wrong. In fact, I cut off my breathing last year with a coughing spell because my phrenic nerve swelled after a coughing injury. Aligning is everything. With foot neurophathy, I though the side foot pain was because of prediabetes, but it turned out that with the tilt correction of my pelvis, it stopped. So, I always started with spinal alignment combined with ice therapy and diet before assuming I have something we else. I have reversed damaged from compression by using glyconutrient foods that efficiently make stem cells.

Funny enough it could be from nerve damage in the brachial plexus nerve group. I have damage to this region and when I first got the injury I was having a thing called horners syndrome and eyelid ptosis. Basically it’s like a bells Palsy, which btw on its own can be caused from having mono before. Nerves are weird, they cross circuit paths. Get a nerve condition study done, usually covered by insurance.

Are you allergic? I wonder if that cornstarch was grown with pesticides? If so, you could try breaking those chemicals down with raw oyster mushroom. It has even been used successfully to “digest” large farm runoff (glyphosate, etc.) and major oil spills (Modern Miracles, episode: “Funguses”…this rerun is very difficult to find though. Perhaps they don’t want us to know? But ut so fascinated me that I memorized it and have spread the word ever since. I do have a copy buried away somewhere).

Yes. He has a great list: Sorry, this comment is the size of a small brochure, but at least it’s not a book. Don’t be overwhelmed by this therapy list, I just take it one step at a time. I began neuropathy issues at the age of 27, I am 65 now, so I know what it’s like to have to maintain nerve issues because I’ve been hit from several different kinds. My first issues happened while trying to care for my active toddler. Neuropathy doesn’t pick favorites. 1. CoQ10 (Ubiquinol is the best form), 2. B-Complex (liquid is best so that you can absorb the B12 in it; don’t overdo or underdo b6 or b12) 3. Acetyl L-carnatine (an amino acid) and 4. ALA (alpha lipoic acid; the best form is R-ALA, or RLA). I would add that the eight essential glyconutrients are the only nutrients that can make stem cells which reverse disease and repair, and these nutrients above support the stem cells. Search “foods containing the eight essential glyconutrients, lists”, and then eat from all eight lists, even if it’s only 1/16 tsp. Cells need all eight like letters if an alphabet, in order to “read” each other correctly to deliver correct messages to the hypothalamus, which then sends out healing directives and delegations. One missing “letter” can cause mis-messaging, which is how we get sick in the first place. Then I’ve done a couple other things because this reversal is like a cookie recipe. Every element is important. Don’t use heat on nerve roots. Use a cool pack. At the same time, you can use a warm pack out on the muscle to calm it, but not a hot hot pack. Heat can add inflammation, cool packs calm it. Decompress your nerves with spinal traction. I gently do this on my inversion table at home for several minutes 2-3 times a day. I never go all the way upside-down, I only go down on a 5-10% slant, and go gently. It takes 45-50 seconds to feel water in cells move from the wrong place to the right place. Get off the machine as slowly and carefully as you got on. Sleep with plenty of support pillows, you are not a child anymore and one pillow never works for people with neuropathy. Two between your knees, a cradle to support both back and stomach, enough under your neck to be truly aligned, chin back, not forward, and yes, this does affect how you then align your lumbar, which affects your leg/foot nerves, and one pillow under your top arm when laying on your side. If you are on you back, two under your knees, a slight one under your pelvis to create a pelvic tilt and an upper body incline, slightly, with pillows under your arms and a down one under your neck so it can be custom molded to your exact needs. Sleeping right can help make your daytime functional. It’s frustrating to have to cater to so many details, but honestly, pain will motivate us to attend to every aspect because there really are no alternatives medication-wise to preventing nerve damage from misalignment or blood sugar damage, or damage from diseases-right now, I am dealing with yet another surprise, nerve injury from Shingles. So the other things to remember is that eating carbs in a bare naked blood stream without protein in there first, as protein stabilizes blood sugar, is risking nerves because while carbs are the inly food group that can make stem cells, and that is medically proven and also why we crave them, if eating carbs alone when truly hungry, we will eat ENOUGH crabs to cover our body’s protein needs before we will stop. That’s because we need protein first. In other words, if we ate a fillet if fish at our protein requirement (15-20 gm), our carb craving then drops to normal (about 20-25 gm). Eat “in order”, protein first (at least some of it), helps us literally reverse diabetes, and restores pancreas function over a short time. If it is severely damaged, then glyconutrients can still reverse it. You can read more about the glycos in books like Miracle Sugars and Glyconutrients, Sugars That Heal. The protein trick, I learned from Dr. Barry Sears when he wrote his first book, The Zone. I only read The first 30 pages, but it changed my life and reversed my diabetes. The only problem is that in his book it had not been discovered that carbohydrates were as essential as they are. In facts, The truth about the necessity of carbohydrates is still mostly being intentionally hidden. But these eight essential glycol nutrients which are carbohydrates or saccharides are actually written in the back of the PDR in a very discreet place, a place where the immunologists know about them but not most of the medical community. The drug companies definitely know about them and don’t want them known. The reason is because a lot of money can be made with stem cell treatments. But those treatments are created by the use of glycol nutrients. They make new tissue for expensive stem cell injections with glyconutrients. I am using glyconutrients to heal a new issue as we speak. But I have used them for years for several different purposes, including healing from COPD I got from Super Clean, a toxic chemical. God bless your journey. (Copied b4 post)

@Mariane, Thank you so much for such a detailed explanation. My nerve injury was caused by a burst vein while the nurse was sending the contrast during my CT Scan. Most likely that the contrast also have caused the nerve damage. I haven’t been medically diagnosed but what I have read and what I feel I believe it is a nerve damage. I had an endoscopy last year and I believe the Dr damaged my stomach taking the biopsies. I then had to have a ct scan to see if there was any damaged and the nurse accidentally burst my vein causing nerve damage. Now I have pins and needles around my abdomen and one toe feels numb. I will try eating the eight essential glyconutients hoping that it will reverse the damage. One thing I noticed is that when I take ALA on an empty stomach, my stomach burns a lot. I know you are not a Dr but is there any advise you could give. Thx

If you are twitching, that’s a sign of minerals being off , and using anything to calm down twitching, which is basically nerve communication static, that doesn’t provide the communication the nerves need, just basically tranquilizes or puts them in a sleepy state, which isn’t helpful when it comes to efficiently and function. So nutrient necessities like magnesium & potassium need to be replenished. Also, wet, gray seasalt (harvested from the coasts of France) will have a perfect balance of minerals, while white, heat-damaged junk salt does just the opposite (book, Your Body’s Many Cries For Water), causing imbalance and lack of nerve cell communication. We only use wet gray sea salt in our house. Also, I take bentotiamine. On a happy note, mosquitos are repelled by bentotiamine (a more absorbable form of vit B1, thiamine).

But then Shingles hit and now I am using glyconutrients to make my own stem cells, plus these other nutrients, however, I am missing Co-Q10, which I understand “ubiquinol” to be the best form of Q10, so I need that.

I am big on grammar, but frankly, I have often missed where spellcheck or autocorrect altered my intent. I would hope that no one would throw my sincere content out over it. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. But then again, we burden our own health problems 100% on our own. No amount of belief or opinion in one school of thought or another changes where consequence rules, and consequence always rules, not the drug companies or the FDA. Physics are something we bow down to due to consequence and conventional medical advice can’t change that fact. As an educator in a private school, I am dismayed at how poorly children are being trained now. But separate from that, medical consequence still prevails and certain remedies do or don’t work, misspelling aside.
