I hope all will be well. our case is f4 category we received welcome letter from NVC in which all family member names were mentioned. we submitted fee for all persons after that filled iv application form and also civil documents submitted but when our case documentary was qualified then there was not available option next to the names of two members including me. and our names were removed from the login page even though we qualify under (cspa) please guide😢

Hi good day! I hope you notice me.. we received an email from NVC that we are DQ already however, we received a case FE note saying "The income reported as stated on form 1-864, 1-864A is insufficient to overcome" what does it mean? Im so confused now. We are well above the minimum x5 higher of the required sponsorhip. Does it mean we need co sponsor??

Greetings sir, firstly I must say your videos are amazing and super informative. It helped me a lot. Now all my documents are accepted by NVC from both sides (Petitioner and Applicant). Does this mean Documentarily Qualified? However, no DQ message received and what they sent was case FE Review note stating EVERY 2023 W-2 should be submitted. Please what should I do? Thanks.

Yes you can print the pdf. There is no original the irs gives you a pdf to print. I’m also American also. I also saw while reading the steps maybe step 10 or 11 it says you don’t have to bring the affidavit of support or financial evidence that was already submitted to the nvc. Still take it just incase though. Hope that helps

You are uploading FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN OR TRANSCRIPT on this screen. To find the file you want to submit, click “Browse.” Navigate to the folder where you saved your documents and double-click on the document you want to upload. The file name should then appear in the "Select a File" box. Click the "Upload" button. (If you would like to add comments, do this before you upload the file.) After uploading your file, you will return to the previous screen, where you can choose to upload another document. After you’ve uploaded all of your documents, click the “Submit Documents” button on the previous screen. When scanning and uploading documents, remember: The size limit for each document is 4MB. Multipage documents should be scanned into one PDF file, if possible. Translation documents should be included in one PDF file with the original document.
