Hi Dr. Cissy, Thanks for your real help to all of African doctors. I want to ask some personal questions regarding me, I am Eritrean doctor currently leaving in Kampala and now i am deciding to do PLAB and here as u said its not availlable so do u think that if I come to UK can it be possible and finish it with short period of time if I prepare here

Do you mean to do both plab 1 and 2 within 6 months? If so.. then it is definitely possible if you get the plab 2 exam date within the same time that a visit visa would still be valid

Thanks for the videos Dr Cissy, I would like to know what job will a Ugandan clinical officer take up in the UK depending on our Ugandan qualification(Diploma level) asking because I'm in my last year at campus,,, are there jobs for us clinical officers.

Hi Chris..i am not well aware of clinical officer jobs.. i haven't seen that role here. the closest to it perhaps is physician assistant

What can a Kenya bachelor's degree in clinical medicine do in UK??

what do you mean exactly? if thats the same as medicine and surgery then you can apply for gmc registration and work as a dr

I don't know much about it as I didn't go there but I do know it's on the GMC's list of acceptable medical schools so if you're planning to work in the UK ..it's good enough.. are you in KIU?

@@drcissyatwine I am admitted to KIU med school but I don't think I can afford it so I am starting to reconsider other courses. Although I would really want to do it. I got 14 points. Could this be a problem later if I choose to work in the UK as a doctor? Do they consider A level anywhere in the process?

It depends on your own priorities eg how much money you're willing to spend, which you are able to do in your own country etc.. both are acceptable for gmc registration
