JUST REMEMBER : There is no man-made drug or narcotic that can bring the HIGHS and Wonder and sense of personal achievement you experienced on this journey ! Those will only ROB you of the motivation, personal health, and stamina required to pursue these Adventures ! ROCK ON !

What now? Cap Jack's Adventure Therapy business for people who are suicidal, addicted, PTSD, looking to get healthy. Put together a support team, handle all the messy logistics everyone labors over before they start. Become a guide for the entire trail or a section of the trail. Set up support people the entire length of the trail. A doctor friend of mine paid $30,000 to spend a month at an addiction recovery dude ranch in AZ. I bet you could find all the support staff you need among your 6,000+ followers. Maybe some insurance companies would support it, too. You don't need to do it to get rich but to save lives. A profit for retirement would be nice. Find a nice trail town for a home base, create the program, elicit support from supportive people such as Stick, Hawk and it can all fall in place in a year. Five people like you could cover the whole trail. Put out a video with your dream and see who nibbles. There are celebrities, CEO's and politicians who have hiked the trail and know of its benefit. Get them on board. I can't wait to see you on Shark Tank, Survivor, Amazing Race and American Ninja Warrior. I ran into Moffit on the trail who used the trail to train for ANW but he failed. Too much muscle/weight.

The Smokies should be a lot easier now that the snow is gone. Lots of early starters have to skip that section when the snow is waist deep. A couple of years ago a hiker who was recording his adventure for KZfaq had to spend two or three nights in the bathrooms at newfound gap due to the heavy snow.

Will definitely watch you going through the Smokies. It will be very different from all the other Hiker videos this year, can't imagine those landmarks without snow and ice.

We've hiked quite a bit of the Smokies over the years, but because of when we've done it, it's mostly been hot! Much cooler than LA for sure in the summer!

Enjoyed every one of your videos, going through one of the toughest times in my life right now, watching your videos have really kept me going. Feel like I’m losing a good friend, I’m going to miss you my friend, look forward to your hike in the Smokies, wish I could come and do it with you, although it would take a month of training to keep up with your pace. I was actually on the Trail when Bob and you first started, did a few sections and came back to Florida, never planned on a thru hike, just wanted to experience the trail, I’m sure I’ll go back one day soon .
