All ICELAND coolers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the product. However, there may come a time when you need to replace a part for one reason or another! We can take care of that and you can order parts on our website.
Our easy-lock latches are designed to put less wear and tear on the cooler as compared to traditional latches and they can easily be replaced if needed.
The handle is designed for durable use and won't come out when you are using it - but the replacement is easy and quick should you find your dog chewed the handle ;)
The drain plug is attached with a chain so it is very, very hard to lose that, but the rubber stopper on the inside might need replacement at some point and you can find on of those on the website!
Hinge pins, bottle openers, bucket spouts or vents - all of the parts are available and quick to ship.
