Yes it does if you add your own opioid like oxycodone, hydrocodone, codeine, tramadol, hydromorphone or morphine. I took 30 oxycodone hcl 15 and I dissolve in a ounce of smart water and I poured it in my 16oz pint of quagen promethazine plain that I got from cvs and I lightly shook the pint so the oxycodone could mix in with the promethazine which potenated the oxycodone very well it was better than codeine. So if you get plain promethazine oral solution just add you opioids.

Yes they do prescribe 473ml of promethazine I just got a whole pint from walmart a week ago for promethazine dm by amneal pharmaceutical and yesterday I got a 473ml of promethazine oral solution by quagen from cvs. You have to ask the doctor to prescribe you a big bottle so you don't have to keep coming back for the same thing.
