I think i have seen every episode of Kitchen Nightmares and no matter what people say about him he is hard on people for a reason, but he has always had that soft spot. There are episodes where you can see he is crying right along with the people he is trying to help. I like and enjoy watching his show and many times have watched them over again. A Near Fatal bike accident. Oh my God I had no idea. I've watched the video. I subscribe to Hells Kitchen. Love that series. I often thought how the bloody hell do you cope, with all that shit. With my job I've just reached season 16. As an X chef myself, But my job was totally different to what you have done. I'm no way as great as you. I'm good. But You are amazing. I've picked up a few pointers. The flavours and the difference you've made to a lot of my food. Outstanding Gordon. So thank you. Take care Chef Ramsay. I'm continuing to watch Hells Kitchen. I had a bad accident on my bicycle once. It was around 6 am,just before dawm and I was riding toward downtown to m y morning coffee stop. I turned to go down the street it was on,and during the night they had put up a street divider. I hit it full speed and my friends who were going along the sidewalk watched me fly on the bike as it went over twice. I lay in the rain on my back in the middle of the street and couldnt move. I had broken my left shoulder,tore the rotator cuff and broke the socket. Bike wrecks can kill you.
