I'd keep the SV, with the announcement of Aventador's end of production life there's the possibility for them to rise in value come this time next year. Yes there's all the bills, but personally I'd keep it long term based on that potential rise in value.

Lambo's are awesome, and way better than most of the Ferrari's of the last 15 years. Lambo's are not a daily driver, they are your fun go for a blast every so often car.

For JE I reckon rather than the stereotypical G63, he should try the GLE6Es to change things up a bit. The GLE has more power, less weight, is cheaper, is more aerodynamic and the interior looks way nicer. But still has that rough AMG sound & is bloody fast.
