Our room here was especially luxurious, with all sorts of modern amenities at par with any hotel, and even came with its own treatment room, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and more!
Each guest undergoes a thorough medical examination to begin with, following which a bespoke therapy plan is prescribed. This holistic plan covers everything from yoga and meditation to diet, massages, and more. We headed to our first yoga class early in the morning, followed by a relaxing meditation session, a dip in the beautiful pool, and a variety of rejuvenating massage treatments. The diet plan you are prescribed directs you to one of several diet centers on the premises, but meals can also be delivered to your room if needed. The meals are purely vegetarian and are prepared keeping your needs in mind. Your vitals are monitored regularly throughout the day to ensure that the treatment is having the desired effect.
