Definitely play around with it so you figure it out before using the function, but I’ll place whatever I’m needing to bake into the oven right as we’re leaving the house, and have it be done baking like 10 minutes before we’re walking in the door!I truly wish I had done this YEARS ago!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Are you a 'faster' too?! I've been fasting since last December and it's made a difference! Been doing 16:8 (but not on vacation or some weekends lol!) with the occasional 24 hour fast! I did a 36 hour back in January and I started feeling cooky around the 34 hour mark lol!
