nice presentations (I watched Buenos Aires & Turkey too). I'm an old, retired, pale, guy that's had a little to much sun over the years, grateful to the travelers that are sharing their travel experiences (good entertainment). You only went to San Lorenzo and walked next to a highway? My God! There’s so much to see in Panama City. The Casco Viejo, the Cinta Costera (especially in the late afternoon), Panama Viejo, all the different natural parks (Cerro Ancón, Parque Soberanía, Parque Merropolitano), the canal, the old Canal Zone neighborhoods, La Central pedestrian shopping area, etc. In Colon you should have gone to Portobelo and gotten some food there. From there you can get a water taxi that will take you to some extraordinary island beaches. There is just so much more and all you did was walk along the highway to see one of the many interesting skyscrapers?! Dude. You can do so much better.
