I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back on Tech Ridge in the middle of St. George. 👀🔥
Tech Ridge is about to have a huge year in 2024. Between all the infrastructure, trails & staircase, and more buildings going vertical, this place is going to look a lot different at the end of this year. Stoked to see the progress continue on!

That staircase looks ridiculous lol. I wonder how much use it will actually get from people who work/live in that area? Looks like it will be more of an exercise/IG type thing like you mentioned.

The cool part is the reason it's happening is because they had to dig a storm drain down the side of the mountain anyway, so instead of leaving it as a scar, they're covering it with the steps. The trail around the entire bluff will be about a 3k distance, and with this loop being involved too, I think it'll get used quite a bit. And think its a super cool and creative way to cover the scar

Would love to hear more about River and Riverside Rd, across from Maverick. Also, an update on George Washington Blvd. When will the road to 7 be open. What's going on next to the storage units? Thanks.

Me too! Hoping to hear soon. Next to the storage units is the Wheels Park i did a video on last year. I'll have a video around there done soon for sure

Something just went vertical at the new development near 2450 s. River road. Any info? Looks like fast food or another soda joint...

It's an electric bike rental shop, a piano store ( I think), and I heard something about another yougurtland maybe. I know for a fact the ebike rental is going in.
